We bought our Impression here back in 2018. We had issues on our trip from Texas this year and they got us in, repaired, and on the road. I am pleased with this company.

I purchased an Arctic Fox travel trailer here two years ago. The buying experience was great, everyone we dealt with was great. I live across the country from the store but they carried a brand that cannot be found around me.
Fast forward to this year, I had a window get knocked out and some nagging small issues that had popped up the past two years and I was relatively close (5 hrs away). I call, explain the situation, that I can only drop the trailer off for MAX 10 days and then I have to drive it back across the country. I'm bringing it basically for the window repair, everything else is unimportant and figured they could do it while they have it. They say no problem, bring it on. If they would have said probably won't be able to do it, I wouldn't have brought it.
First, they would not order the window when I called, they said they have to inspect, so there goes 5 days. They have the vin and model of my trailer and I offer to send detailed pictures, nope.
I drop it off on a Monday morning, they say they will get to it and get everything ordered and me a quote. They do not even bring it in the shop Monday. I call Tuesday, told they are looking at it, will have an estimate. Nothing. Call Wednesday, I believe it was this day or the next they tell me they are trying to find the window, but everything else should be done that afternoon. I don't get an estimate until Friday I believe, told the window is impossible to get in that timeline, has to come from factory, takes 5-10 days to build, another 10-15 to ship, that they are shutting down for 14 days for July 4th (starting in mid June) and then several for them to get it. I get all this information after they have had it all week. I cannot wait that long, so tell them I will pick up that Monday. I am then informed it's not ready, MIGHT be ready by Tuesday, even though I have been told everyday I have called it'll be done by that afternoon (since the previous Tuesday). I pick up the trailer Tuesday, they finished up all the small stuff that morning.
Here is the kicker and the reason I am writing a review at all, I call a random shop that I have done zero business with, have not spent 60K with, has zero connection to me and does not carry AF or any Northwoods units. I tell them the situation, ask them to order the window, they say no problem. I try to explain about all the nonsense "problems" with ordering the window, they cut me off and say no worries, they'll find the window. They don't ask for a deposit or payment, call me back in 3DAYS saying they have the window, swing by and they will get it installed and have me on the road in a few hours!! They also charged less for the window AND installation than RV northwest told me the dealer costs was on the window alone…. I had to replan our entire family vacation to get the trailer to RVs Northwest thinking they would get me taken care of, because they told me they would, and it was all pretty much a waste.
I won't be going back, suggest you look elsewhere. When we purchased the trailer and had such a good experience, the two guys we dealt with weren't there anymore either.

Have nothing but good to say about their service department. Had a couple of issues to work through on a new travel trailer. They were on it right away and got me up and running in short order.

RV Northwest: Where Customer Service is a Joke and Decency is MIAHold onto your wallets, folks, because I've got a tale of RV Northwest – the circus tent of sketchy business practices, starring Chris, the ringleader, finance manager Tony, and the snake oil salesman Robert. If you're into horror shows disguised as RV shopping, buckle up, because this one's a rollercoaster of absurdity and downright disrespect.Picture this: you're innocently minding your own business, thinking about RV dreams, when suddenly, RV Northwest decides to play detective and pulls your credit without so much as a by-your-leave. Bravo, Chris! Because nothing says "customer trust" like a sneak peek into my financial history without permission. I didn't know I signed up for a comedy, but here we are – the joke's on me.Chris, the owner, seems to have mistaken his RV dealership for a dictatorship, where customer consent is just a pesky detail. Forget about ethical business conduct; Chris is on a mission to make the RV world safe for unscrupulous dealerships everywhere. Then we have Tony, the finance manager – the man who probably thinks privacy is just a quaint notion from the past. Tony, did you lose your moral compass, or did you never bother getting one? Pulling credit without permission is like asking for a slap on the face, and you, my friend, are getting a standing ovation in the "How Not to Treat Customers" awards. And let's not forget Robert, the salesman extraordinaire. If there was an Olympic event for deceptive practices, Robert would be a gold medalist. His commitment to closing the deal, no matter the cost to the customer, is truly commendable – if you're into applauding bad behavior. In the surreal world of RV Northwest, customer satisfaction is just a punchline, and the only currency that matters is cold, hard cash. It's like dealing with the Three Stooges, but instead of slapstick comedy, it's slap-in-the-face customer service. So, dear reader, if you enjoy the thrill of having your credit pulled without permission and being treated like a walking ATM, RV Northwest is your dream destination. For the rest of us who prefer a modicum of respect and decency, steer clear of this circus act. Your sanity and sense of humor will thank you.

My husband and I purchased our 2022 Salem Hemisphere through these guys in February at the RV show. We wanted to get though the first camping season and the warranty work we just had done then leave a review. We are very happy with RVs northwest. We had essentially no issues with the trailer, solid unit. There were some minor repairs we needed done by the end of the first season, wallpaper peeling, drawer bottoms falling out, but nothing serious. The issues we had are obviously not the fault of RVs northwest but they fixed the issues in a timely manner. When we got the trailer they did a really good job of explaining everything to us as we are first time trailer owners. A few questions arose after a few shakedown trips and I was always able to get someone in the line to answer a quick question. Their sales team was super chill, non-pressure and knew what they were talking about. The only thing that kinda bothered me was when we got our trailer home last night and situated I went to go inside it and our door was open, not even latched closed. Now we definitely should have checked that before we left but the bar was closed over the door so I guess I just assumed they’d locked it up. I highly recommend these guys. Special shout out to Don in service who is absolutely amazing and patient even when I wasn’t with him prior to picking up the trailer to take possession and trying to schedule that lol. we all have bad days but don stayed kind and professional when I couldn’t. Thanks guys! If you buy from these guys you’re in good hands.

I happen to purchase an Outdoors RV from a DIFFERENT dealership to the east in August 2022. I had a few warranty items that the dealership suggested contacting them in the spring to address. I did so in March 2023, however they told me that the earliest they could get me in was late May. Upon dropping it off that dealership then contacted me back a week later and stated they were too busy and it would not be until late August 2023. I contacted RVs Northwest and they got me in within a week and addressed all my issues plus did several upgrades within the following week. Luke Mattoon was an extreme pleasure to work with. We had also worked with Daniel Rocha back in early 2022 looking at travel trailers and he was very knowledgeable. Wish we had done the original purchase through this company, but now we know better and will be coming back. Thanks again for all the great work and timely responses.Ray.

Was looking for a destination trailer but they didn't have any. Dealer went way out of his way to find what I was wanting, showed me other possibilities instead of what I should have type additude. Great service and staff. Lots of parking and golf carts to take back and forth. This lot is medium in size.

Rvs NW has an amazing service team!!! Luke and the tech working on our 5th wheel did an awesome job and went above and beyond with there attention to detail. They completed the repairs on time and we still got to go camping for my wifes birthday. Both Luke and the tech have fantastic product knowledge, excellent listening skills and solved my towing problems on the first try. This is our second 5th wheel and we wanted our toy hauler to tow like our prior Arctic Fox and Luke made it happen. All why staying on budget. I highly recommend RVs NW, i have not found a better place in 30 years of owning an RV!! Thank you Luke and Team!!
