A wonderful employee named Eric had a listing on Facebook marketplace for a mattress and bedspring and I asked if he could lower the price as I would with any item on marketplace that is a little spendy and he responded with no professionalism and respect. I would understand this kind of language and disrespect from a non-business or a teenager but not an employee at a mattress store. Did not have a good experience with them online, so I do not think I will be shopping with them in the future.

Syncear was very friendly and knew his information on what type of mattress is for what type of person, and knew the right price range to look at. Made the decision on a mattress a breeze!

I would say hands down by far the best customer service at Mattress Depot USA. Ryan the owner was super friendly and helpful. He was more interested in helping us fine the right mattress then getting us to spend more then we could afford. I had been to Mattress Firm first and it felt like I was buying a car they were more interested in taking everything we had then making sure we got the right Mattress. Ryan at Mattress Depot is the place to go I promise you won't regret it.

Syncear Loyd gave us the best customer service I've ever had. My husband can't sleep without our bed being in a certain position and I spilled water on our remote so it quit working so we could but adjust our bed. When we called to get help he was so kind and walked us through some ideas to hopefully get itworking. After multiple calls back and fourth andhim being so patient we were able to get it working by connecting it to our phone. Thank you

The owner Ryan was incredible! I needed to show up at 4pm to buy a mattress and have it delivered same day to sleep on that night. He made it happen! We were able to share our mutual experiences dealing with cancer. Great guy. Great store. Highly recommended!!!

For the first time ever buying my own bed and accessories, the owner made it so easy. He is very knowledgeable about all the different styles and pointed me in the right direction for what I was wanting and not wanting. I will recommend him and his business to friends and family ??

I am very expressed with the level of expertise and customer service I have recieved from Syncear and Vincent! I was blown away by the care, support, and knowledge. Plus! This company locally owned! And the I was able to recieve financing! Each representative was very patient, understanding and trustworthy. I will only shop at Mattress Depot from this day forward! 5 stars all the way!!!!

Beyond pleased with our experience today at Mattress Depot. Ryan listened to what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we asked/requested without trying to “shake us down” and talk us into something more expensive. I was comfortable the whole time & didn’t feel pressured at all! Not to mention after going to more than a handful of other mattress stores THIS place is honestly the best pricing in town. Needless to say we’ll be recommending Mattress Depot to everybody.
