one day notice and they take my review down cause they want you to think this is a good company look at all the 5 star reviews and see this is their only review per person. staff is very unprofessional and refuses to deliver after 2 when they give a 1-5window. dont use this company for tempurpedic if it is coming it will be faater to cancel your order and buy one at matress firm.

Warehouseman driving the forklift damaged an interior piece inside the box while unloading our truck. After speaking to their manager they said the warehouseman denied it happening. Two of my employees, one of 14 years and the other of 5 years saw it happen.

They have not delivered my hot tub, holding it in a warehouse in Spokane, WA. What horrible service. It was supposed to be delivered 5/28.

We ordered a bed from Tempur-Pedic and this delivery company was subcontracted for the last leg of the delivery. The bed has been in their local warehouse since June 17th. My contact with them was June 30 @ 11:55am spoke with Jared who told me that they have no scheduled deliveries and doesn’t know when their next trip to my region is. June 23rd @ 2:59pm spoke with Ashley who told me that she did not get back to me as promised because she was out on Monday June 21st. She informed me that she would contact me back within thirty minutes with a deliver date. June 23rd @ 3:37pm spoke with Ashley who stated delivery would be made on July 1st with a confirmation call on June 30th to set two hour delivery window. June 18th @ 2:11pm spoke with Ashley who stated that delivery would be made the week of June 28th and that she would call me by noon on June 22nd with the date for the delivery. I have explained each time that I would be leaving the state for two weeks departing on July 2nd. This company has never contacted me and I have called them each time.According to Tempur-Pedic the bed should have delivered within two weeks of the order date which was June 12th. Jared was completely clueless and didn’t appear to care that we have been waiting for the bed and didn’t offer any solutions. He also just blamed everything on Ashley who left the company in the past week. It’s unfortunate that Ashley left as she at least appeared to empathize with the customer and was forthcoming in her communications.

They delivered a bed for us and they were extremely polite and very nice. They were earlier then what time they said they'd be there. Very dependable

Excellent service. Communication good. I had some issues on my end about when I could receive my order and Golden worked with me to fit my schedule. Delivery team also polite and helpful!

They called ahead to arrange delivery of oversized prefab shelving. Arrived on time in good condition. Drivers were friendly, courteous and helpful.

Paige was very helpful. I liked the personnel. The crew arrived on time and worked hard and were professional. However, because of the limited space in the U-Haul truck I rented, they took apart many things to make them fit. It is over a month later now. I still have not found all of the parts—like legs to my storage shelves and table parts. My sofa got dirty. Other things were damaged too. I know they were doing the best they knew how to make things fit, but I wish they would have asked me first; so I could have made sure to have all the pieces. I wish I had just gotten a larger truck, done the whole move with Golden.Service: Moving-related packing
