The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. They try to hide behind the fact that they didn't manufacture the product instead of being a good company standing behind a product that they sell and making a situation right. You get someone on the phone to try to help with a situation and all they want to do is be condescending and tell you how you're doing things wrong or how it's your fault instead of trying to get to the bottom of the problem they just want to pass the blame to someone else. I promise you whatever you're looking for is sold from another company as well and they will guaranteed have better customer service than this place.

I recently purchased the Banks 42714 Billet Grid Heater Delete Kit for my 13-18 Ram 6.7L Cummins from Diesel Power Products, expecting it to fit my cab and chassis as advertised. Nowhere on their website did it mention that this kit wouldn't fit a cab and chassis without additional parts. It's incredibly frustrating, especially since other products on their site clearly state compatibility for cab and chassis models.
When I reached out to return the kit, they authorized the return but then claimed that one of the items was missing parts, refusing to refund my money. This was after they misled me in the first place with incomplete product information. I would expect better transparency and integrity from a company like this, but they clearly have no problem leaving customers in the lurch. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and would caution others to double-check their purchases if you’re thinking of ordering from them.

Quick ship rated parts are not so quick to ship.
I ordered some in a friday business hour. I received confirmation e-mail and order precessed e-mail - both in working hours. and shipment happens monday afternoon. Ok, quick is relative but not so much. One item was not in their stock, at this moment is on hold waiting for a missing invoice and they don’t have access to supplier.
I think give quick ship rating for something you can’t touch is not right.
Quick is supposed to be quicker than normal.

I looked at your site and then called and asked about a FSD turbo drain tube for my S364sx-e turbo that your site says fit the S300/S400 turbo, and the tech said it should fit my application. Well, it wouldn't fit as it couldn't clear the wastegate actuator rod. I sent them back and had to wait a week to get store credit to be able to order two Fleece turbo drain tube fittings which the DPP website said fits my turbo. The block fitting would work, but there's no way the 45° angle fitting would fit on the turbo without hitting the actuator rod, or the inducer housing. So, now I have to send those back for a refund, which will take 7-10 days or more. All because the DPP website states these items fit my turbo, but they don't fit, and I'm out all this time without the use of my daily driver diesel 4x4 pickup.

Disastrous Experience with Diesel Power Products – Poor Quality and No Accountability Zero star!
I purchased a CP3 fuel pump from Diesel Power Products, and it failed in less than a month. What followed was a complete disaster. It took over two months to get a warranty refund, during which time I was without my truck, causing serious damage to my business and forcing me to borrow someone else's truck.
I paid $4000 in labor the first time the pump was installed, and had to pay for labor again when it failed, though the second labor cost is still unknown.Diesel Power Products showed no care or willingness to help with these costs. Their customer service was slow and unresponsive, and when I inquired about getting a replacement pump, they only offered me $100 off—which doesn’t come close to covering the costs I’ve incurred.
This has been a costly and frustrating ordeal, and I will never purchase from Diesel Power Products again. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company if you expect quality products, reliable service, or any real customer support.
