Unfortunate that this location seems to be unavailable when I stop by. Possibly a issue with staffing? They happen to have a sign excusing availability in store hours coverage for their staff to have an ability to take a break. Hopefully they will be accessible more in the future, while ensuring their staff are also taken care of.

Sharing this for my parents because I was about to use the store today and they said don't you dare they are useless they tried to send back a FedEx shipped label return slip that's given to you by phone companies when you do an insurance phone swap they wouldn't even take it said they can't even do it so what's the point of their existence in the first place fire them all and close the freaking office they are useless

3 times in the past 2 months I have driven all the way here to find a sign that says be back in a hour because they are on lunch. Now I drive twice the amount of time out to Lakewood to ship because I can’t trust the Spanaway Walmart Fed Ex to actually be open…Oh and there not open Saturdays either like most other Fed Ex stores are…

Cody, FedEx office manager in side Walmart super center did above and beyond to locate my package. Good job Cody!! The sender and I were so frustrated. But finally got it figured out. FedEx does need to do better at their logistics though. But again Cody is the real hero here, he did all the investigation and talked to everyone to locate out package. Thanks Cody for you vigilant hard working ethics.

Useless employee! Text sent telling me package was ready. Went in and they were closed for lunch at 3:45. Went in the next open day at 2:30, employee was walking out and informed me it was her lunch. I told her about the other previous attempt to pick up and was informed if I was unhappy I could call corporate.

Great customer service, the drivers and the reps!! went in on a Thursday afternoon/evening inquiring about overnight shipping. The rep was honest about the day & times he could guarantee. Some divers came in to pick up their packages, heard me say, "overnight", & one waited for me to get my label on my package so he could get it on his truck. That was exceptionally great service! I'll be using this place to send all of my packages now. I appreciate you at FedEx!

It is refreshing to see that there are still businesses and people that go above and beyond to offer an exceptional level of customer service. The people who work here are always so nice! Yesterday, they hit a home run for me, and I appreciate it greatly!!! Thank you for all you do!!!

Holy moly this place is useless. I received a package with the medical records of somebody else and they would not assist me with scheduling a pick up.
