    3 times in the past 2 months I have driven all the way here to find a sign that says be back in a hour because they are on lunch. Now I drive twice the amount of time out to Lakewood to ship because I can’t trust the Spanaway Walmart Fed Ex to actually be open…Oh and there not open Saturdays either like most other Fed... read full comment

    I had a specific need so I tried calling to make sure they could do it but they would never answer the phone so I went elsewhere.

    Useless employee! Text sent telling me package was ready. Went in and they were closed for lunch at 3:45. Went in the next open day at 2:30, employee was walking out and informed me it was her lunch. I told her about the other previous attempt to pick up and was informed if I was unhappy I could call corporate.
