if I could give zero stars, I would. This was my first time having a prescription sent to the pharmacy and I will never return. I ended up getting my prescription filled elsewhere. This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady who I spoke with was beyond rude, impatient and you would have thought me giving her my information was the biggest inconvenience she has ever had. I work in the industry and this was a very routine new patient giving their information situation. I am baffled at how she treats people. And for being in a small town and having customer service like that, I am shocked that they are still open.

The compounding pharmacist is either a liar or ignorant. Inquired about a medication I've been taking for almost 3 years, but that my current combining pharmacy is out of. She told me it was illegal and I wouldn't find it anywhere bc of this. It's a well established medication available for decades at this point, but bc it's made with a different type of oil due to my allergies, I have to get it compounded. Instead of even offering a substitution... just smugly misinformed me on a voicemail. If you value your safety, don't waste your time with these unprofessional people. What else are they uneducated about? Protect your health.

I love Falls! They have bent over backwards to help me and my veterinarian to get the best care for my cat. I also got a human prescription from them and they filled it right away with no hassles at all. I'm not sure what the low reviewer was complaining about since I have had nothing but numerous great experiences with them. Here are just a few of the things they did for me and for my cat: 1) interfaced with my vet, who operates a busy walk in clinic and animal hospital. They and the vet helped figured out what dose of methimazole my cat should be on. They also use a lipoderm base for transdermal, which is non irritating to my cat's ears 2) when there was a shortage in good syringes, they did what they could to get us good ones 3) they ship super fast and securely so I get the medicine quickly and we never run out 4) their prices are great, as are their shipping prices - they don't gouge the customer 5) I even facebook chatted with a pharmacist or two, and both were super helpful in answering any and all of my questions or concerns. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I have tried to come here on various occasions, but this last time will probably be it. The items I have needed haven’t been available and the last time I stopped by looking for supplements for my children, they were not available again and I was sent to Bartells / Target. As a mother of two, I’m well aware that vitamins are sold at Bartells and Target, if I’m coming to this location it is because I’m looking for something that is better quality so I was disappointed.

I was excited to use an independent pharmacy that not going to automatically push big Pharma junk on me and to support a local business - but that evaporated quickly when I tried to use them. The rep was nice enough but their policy was ridiculous. I had a telegraphy prescription I wanted to get filled - something that is increasingly common nowadays and is emerging in this cHanging business climate - and this pharmacy WOULD NIT FILL MY PRESCRIPTION unless the provider is going to "build a relationship with them" , which I have no control over, or if I was an established customer prior to COVID which I wasn't even living here. In the end they said they "can't just accept any old prescription from anyone off the street" will no sh*t who can?! That's not what this was. The telegraphy provider is licensed with both the state and the feds to write prescriptions and that's easily verifiable. Again, the young lady on the phone was nice, but her message was terrible. I had a request for a script they had and they refused to fill b/c they're apparently antiquated and resistant to change. I'm a world of big box pharmacies these guys are missing an opportunity to carve out a niche by working with the fats growing form of health care - tele/virtual healthcare and left me in a tough spot as a result when all I wanted to do is pay them. Hope they wake up before the world passes them by

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such amazing service from a pharmacy. We needed a compound pharmacy to make antibiotics for my infant in the midst of a family emergency. They went above and beyond to have the antibiotics made to work w our schedule and were such a pleasure to work with! My breastfed infant also loved the banana flavor they let me pick and she had no trouble taking her medicine! Thank you so much for making it easy for us

We got medicine for our dog who has seizures and on the last refill the bottle was bigger. As soon as we started using the bottle he went from having one sezure every couple of months to multiple an hour! We asked them to remake it just to be sure, we even offered to pay for it. They refused and it took more than a week to comply with our request while he suffered. Disgraceful service and worse communication. Never again will I trust them and I suggest you don't either. Edit. They are working diligently to make things right. It will never take away his suffering , but at least they are trying..

I've used Falls for a couple years, and every time I call for a refill it gets to me a few days (3-4) later. NOT THIS TIME.This time, I called for a refill AND left a new address because we moved. Invited them to call to confirm the new address--they usually call when I ask them to. NOT THIS TIME.When I saw the charge hit my account SEVEN days later, I called them back to ask them to hold it since we're leaving town tomorrow and will be driving through Snoqualmie.I thought they didn't get my message because I hadn't heard from them. When I asked why they didn't call, she said "if we called everyone who called and left a message we'd be on the phone all day." I changed my delivery address for a perishable prescription--I WANT YOU TO CALL. Even if it means you're on the phone all day.We'll see if my refrigeration-required prescription arrives tomorrow, or at least someone else will, because I'll be out of town by then.

This pharmacy is literally keeping my mom alive. She needs daily antibiotic infusions. The pharmacy has been wonderful to work with.

We have special compound meds done there for our cat. The people who work there are always kind and friendly. I ordered the meds Friday afternoon and picked them up on Monday. I am not sure if they are open on the weekend. They have been great to deal with.

I highly recommend Falls Pharmacy. My questions always get answered. Supplements are offered at reasonable prices and they provide great customer service.
