I had the worst experience today. We called and was told the prescription would be ready by 2:30pm, and I arrived after 3:00pm and was told I had to wait for another 1 hour. When I asked why he then changed to say 20mins. The weird part is that after ~5mins I was called to say it's ready. This worker definitely needs more training to be professional.

It's clean and decently stocked but the reviews are accurate. Except for a few people, the service is a joke. Finally decided to leave a review just now cuz I asked the only employee what time the pharmacy opens cuz it turned out what I need isn't on the shelf and the guy looks annoyed as he's walking away and mumbling "I have no idea......9, I think?" Ha it's cool, I got Google. I'm the only customer in the store and I guess he couldn't be bothered haha garbage experience if you have to interact with anyone.

Terrible service. Came in for pain medication nothing was available. Though since I was there i would grab a new tooth brush but the employee couldn't even unlock the cabinet. God forbid if you need a prescription filled. they will call you and tell you it's ready for pick up upon arrival it's not filled. Now they have a handwritten sign the pharmacy closes at 6pm. This is not updated on the site so you will go down and find out they are closed.

For being the ONLY drugstore in the area this is the worse place ever! You will not find even the most common things! Safeway that is next door is a much better place than this! The Pharmacist did not even know what hydrogen peroxide rinse was! The city should close these guys down as they serve no purpose as a drugstore, not for emergencies or even to fill a regular prescription (the wait time to fill one is long because of useless pharmacists who do not know how to manage time or have the expertise!)Useless place taking up precious business space in the Snoqualmie area!

The absolute worst pharmacy imaginable. If your medication impacts your life, pick another place. I’ve put off leaving a review for years but being judged and laughed at by the clerk was the last straw. I won’t be doing business snoqualmie bartells again.

I have been a customer here since they opened. And yes when they went through the ownership change with Rite aid it was a disaster! I'm happy to say that in the last 6 months I have not experienced the 'ol in process ' after getting a text saying my perception was ready! I have to say the pharmacy has done a complete 180 and they are back to superior service. In the last 6 months all of my prescriptions were filled on time and with a friendly staff. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Something needs to change at this location! So much incompetence! Am so disappointed. How do you screw up on a patients life sustaining medication that they have been picking up from you for 2 yrs!!! Staff dont seem to care. Got dismissed twice told the medication was not available despite having been told it was ready for pick up!!!

I have been trying to be patient and understanding of their understaffing issues, giving them the benefit of the doubt. It's been a lot of issues: messing up my son's file, so it can't be accesses at other Bartell stores when they are not stocked up on his meds and you have to go searching for them in other locations, which is a constant problem; not picking up their phones or putting you on hold for hours; making the poor non-English speaker be the main interfacer with the public, which is just sadistic for both her and the public, etc, etc. They finally crossed the line with me when I went to pick a prescription with my young children. We planned to use the drive through, which, miraculously, has been open lately. I let my 5YO wear her pajamas and I wore cozy sweats. But the drive through was closed again, so we had to go in. We had to wait for a long time despite no line, but that's the norm there. My bored kids entertained themselves searching for imaginary leprechauns, to the enjoyment of other patrons. They were great about not knocking or moving anything. I was feeling relatively good about the visit until we were exiting, when the cashier at the front desk asked us to come back and inquired if my 3YO son's favorite blue truck (with which he is inseparable!) is ours or if we took it from the store. To take it from the store would have meant deliberately unpacking it, so basically she was asking if we shoplifted! I have never been accused of stealing in my life, and to have my toddler implicated, too, was astonishing to me! I am utterly disgusted with this store now. This has nothing to do with understaffing - it shows lack of respect for their patrons, and yes, including those who may look somewhat disheveled because they hoped to never have to leave their cars because you promised them the comfort of a service that was supposed to be available to them!

I have been giving this place countless chances and benefits of the doubt, since I try to be understanding of their understaffing issues. It's been a lot of incidents, between entering my son's file in the global system improperly (so it can't be accesses at other stores), and arguing with us about it; not being stocked up on meds, but telling me they are until I get there to pick up ; not picking up their phones; putting up the poor person who doesn't speak any English at the front lines of having to interact with the public (which is just unfair to her!), etc, etc. They finally crossed the line today. I went to pick a prescription with my kids, and hoping to use the drive through, which has been occasionally open lately, I let my 5YO wear her pajamas and I myself wore cozy joggers, didn't even brush our hairs. Once we arrived, we saw the drive through was closed, so we had to go inside. There was a long wait, despite a short line, but that's the norm there. I made up a game for my bored kids, having them search for imaginary leprechauns, to the enjoyment of the other patrons. They were great about not knocking or moving anything. I was feeling pretty good about the visit until we were exiting when the cashier at the front desk asked us to come back and asked us if my 3YO son's favorite blue truck (with which he goes everywhere, sleeps, bathes, eats) is ours or if we took it from the store! To take it from the store would have meant deliberately unpacking it, so basically she was asking if we shoplifted! In my entire life, I have never been accused of stealing in any way, and I cannot believe the first time had to be in front of my preschool children, and that it was, indeed, my toddler that was implicated. I am so disgusted with this store now. This has nothing to do with understaffing - this is total lack of respect for their patrons, even those who look disheveled, because they hoped to never have to leave their car!

This review is for the pharmacy, the front end is fine. Because of my experience, I would rate this particular location (pharmacy only) NO STARS. Bad customer service, incompetent, lacking communication skills between staff and to customers. I would avoid this location if you could, and I’m a local so I’ve been here plenty of times. Unfortunately, today was my last. I will no longer return to this location for any type of service or business.
