My new horse came in as an emergency with colic and spent 3 days in the hospital.
The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. I was informed every step of the way. The doctors explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and called me with regular updates during her entire stay. Excellent care and service for my horse, and me. They truly understand the stress and emotions of the client as well when your horse is in trouble. I knew she was receiving the very best care by everyone there. She is home now and recovering nicely. Thank you Pilchuck Veterinary Equine Hospital!!

No one wants to have to take their fur baby to the vet ER, but the staff at Pilchuck were so amazing. Dr.Lirette and the techs were so compassionate when we were there after the incident and when we had to come back for a follow up. Also love that they were available by text if we had any questions during recovery! We are so thankful for all they did for our little guy.

The best place to take your pets. If you need something figured out - take your babies here.
You get what you pay for here, which, when your pet is having some unknown health issue, is a very good thing to have. They're also the nicest and most relaxed vets and vet assistants and even receptionists I've met. They addressed all my concerns and did not do any unnecessary exams or tests to rack up the bill. They also took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I had a clear understanding without coming across like I was dumb. Very patient and professional.

We are so thankful for our vet team at Pilchuck! Dr MacGregor and the rest of the staff are always so great in working with our two dogs and cat - we've been going here since 2019 and have navigated several animal illnesses and complications. They are always kind, friendly, professional, communicative, and caring. Thank you for all you do!

We love Dr Stephanie and the chiropractic adjustments that she gives to my old man… Jackson is now 16 and has been a very active doggie his whole life… without a doubt… his life has been better since we found her… the team is always friendly over at integrative medicine and we always are happy for adjustment day!

I have been extremely satisfied with the care team at Pilchuck Vet. They were graceful and understanding while helping one of my pets be laid to rest. She required a lot of care as she made her way through the last portion of her life and they were phenomenal in caring for her. I've been taking my remaining pet to them for care and they are excellent. I appreciate the staff there so much.

Dr Meyer has been our equine chiropractor for many years. She’s made an impressive difference in the comfort and well-being of many horses during that time. She’s efficient, but also willing to talk through any performance or health issues that may have come up since our last visit.

This is the only Vet that I will trust with my fur babies. I highly recommend them. The facility can perform most procedures so you are not referred elsewhere in most cases.

We went to Pilchuck after an emergency. The staff was so warm and comforting even though both my dog and I were very anxious. They broke down our next steps easily and slowly and provided a list of all of our options. The care was provided much quicker than their estimate. The team did a great job and I adore the staff of Pilchuck.
