We had complex mortgage needs. But, because of Brandon and Leslie thinking outside the box, getting creative, and holding our hand through the entire process did it happen. They were supportive with checking in, timeliness, and they always answer the phone when I call. Best part was the ability to work electronically and through their secure app. We had tried with two other companies with no success… would strongly recommend this group!

Went thru Brandon and got pre approved and was quoted current rates. I do realize the rates were not locked in but checking with him weekly he was telling us the same rate until we found a house and then the rate suddenly increased. Got down to paperwork and found he had factored in a buy down rate (raising the rate even higher) and would cost us 9,000 which he failed to mention. Waited til the timing crunch was hard to switch lenders. We did find someone recommended at the last minute and was able to go with them. This was unethical.
