Honest...THE BEST florist I have ever used!!! You even get a picture of the flowers before they send them out for your approval. And trust me… You would never need to change the flowers! They've always gone above and beyond what I was expecting.

Williams Flowers has not disappointed. I've ordered from there twice now and the bouquets are exquisite. What I appreciate is that the florist sends a picture ahead of time to verify that is what I wanted. That is such great customer service. Such a joy working with this company. I highly recommend checking them out.

Communication was MOST excellent. Helpful when ordering from Alaska!! The address was a difficult one so was not surprised to get a call from the very courteous, only slightly lost driver. Flowers were gorgeous! She cried when seeing them <3 and she loved the lotion, too.

I ordered online as I am out of the area and they were so responsive in letting me know that they did not have the exact flowers that I had chosen off of their website, due to time of year. However, they were so accommodating and sent me a picture of the bouquet they were going to deliver the next day and it was absolutely beautiful! I will definitely use them again to deliver flowers.

I ordered flowers yesterday for clients who just moved to a new home. The staff immediately notified me of a change in the flowers they currently had in inventory and asked me if it would be okay to change them. They sent me a picture of the arrangement for approval before delivering! I was thrilled with their communication, not to mention the new arrangement and will definitely use them again! Thank you!
