I had a very unsettling visit to this bank recently. I have been a Bank of America customer since they took over Seafirst Bank, over 40 years ago, and this is the branch I have been using for nearly 30 years. I have always had kind and efficient service from the tellers and management here. I closed out a CD at another financial institution and had the proceeds sent to my Bank of America account, intending to put it in a money market account there, if their interest rate was competitive. If not, I would move the money to another financial institution. I could not find their interest rate posted anywhere, so I entered the bank lobby and asked a teller what their rate was. He said he didn't know, but would go to the other end of the bank and get me the rate sheet. He returned with a "financial manager" named Jesse, who told me they did not disclose that information, and that I would need to meet with someone else in that end of the bank. I told him I just wanted the interest rate to compare with other financial institutions. He said "are we talking about more than $100,000"? I said "no", and he said "if you want to move it, we can cut you a check today". Clearly, I was not a valuable customer to them if I did not have more than $100,000. I have moved most of my money down the street; there is a bank a bit north on Silverdale Way on the right, and a credit union nearly next door that were happy to put my money in a money market account and treat me with the courtesy I would expect from anyone. Bank of America needs to be more transparent about their products, and this young man need training in common courtesy to customers. You don't ask people about their money in the middle of the lobby, and each customer should be equally important to you; the amount of their savings should not matter. In addition, B of A is apparently promoting the wrong folks; Jesse should have been a successful teller before he became a "financial manager". This visit merits a 1 star; I am giving this branch 2 stars based on my past experiences, and that the rest of the tellers there are great!

I didn't interact with anyone who works here, because I came by on a Monday afternoon to grab some cash. The drive-through ATM was awesome, as it was seamless and quick, perfect!

I'm a new member to BOA of about a month. My money is in my account, but I can't get to it without taking time off of work. I've tried to request counter checks while I order a box of checks, but was told I would have had to do that at the time I opened my account. Ok, well then shouldn't someone have told me that? An appointment is required to do just about anything other than a withdrawal or deposit...but those are also during working hours. I made an appointment to open my account, and had to wait 20 minutes longer than the scheduled appointment. They sent me a debit card 2 weeks ago, but I have to make another appointment to create a pin #. I've called the local branch 4x and have not reached a person yet. I called the 800# and got a rep who told me I'd have to make an appointment for the checks, that I would not be able to get counter checks because I didn't do it when I opened my account, she can't send me a pin #, for reasons she did not explain, and said I would need to go in to the bank and make an appointment. I can't set up a pin online. So, for a month now, I've had no access to my money because I have to take time off work so I can visit a teller because I also can't use my debit card. I will be pulling all my money from this bank and opening an account elsewhere. Good luck to those of you who bank here.

Worst bank ever!!! I opened a savings account on line thinking my husband was linked to it threw our checking account. Told my husband about it. When he went into the bank to inquire about it the bank staff not only told him he didn't have a savings account also told him he should really talk to his wife because she has an account. Totally implying that his wife (me) was hiding money behind his back... needless to say, it caused martial problems for a while because they were so adimit I was being sneaky and locked him out of it on purpose. I HATE BANK OF AMERICA. HOW DARE THEY!!! All those mindless employees should be fired!

I am very disappointed in their poor customer service , exorbitant fees, and inconsistancy in applying their "rules". They do not seem to care about their customers at all. I have banked with them for a time on 2 occasions and will never step foot inside a Bank of America again! Please do not waste your time and money at this bank and especially this branch.

This is a nationwide bank that offers something for everyone. Every associate I've come in contact with is knowledgeable about their wide array of products and services available. Plus, I like the Lobby Greeter upon entering the bank. The tellers are friendly and efficient at the same time. I give them alot of credit, that's a hard job. The sales associates I've come in contact with do what it takes to rectify any concern I may have. I really appreciate their professionalism. This local branch provides personalized attention so well it's hard to remember it's part of a national bank.
