Tim was great at Following after reaching out to him. His responses were very knowledgeable. He was able to explain some questions I thought were difficult.
A more personalized contact would increase my rating.
His paperwork and contact emails claimed most items were critical matters and needed to be done as if it was an emergency thus increasing the level of stress. That was stressful and at times bad because the scammers do that and that became an anxious situation at times. It helped to get to his emails but it created stress and conflict on my wife and I relationship.
Tim’s identity was jeopardized. We were almost scamed by someone claiming to be him. The scammer started talking about the money to that was going to get wired.
