It is crucial to consider enhancing the hiring criteria to ensure a more efficient workforce. The service speed at this particular branch is noticeably slow, with tasks such as scanning barcodes and issuing receipts taking an excessive amount of time. Additionally, the staff's demeanor is quite unwelcoming, resulting in an unpleasant customer experience. I am inclined to seek alternatives to avoid patronizing this location in the future. This place is the Worst place you could be in this world.

I don't usually go to FedEx in Shoreline on 205th street. Today, I went there to print out some cards. After waiting for 30 min to get help by a very unfriendly lady. She's the older lady with a cane. She rolled her eyes when I mentioned we needed the cards the same day. Computer glitches and other issues( not sure what it was) , we ended up waiting for another half an hour. That's a total of one hour to print out cards. Then she told us there would be a rush fee to print on the same day. After waiting for an hour plus those additional unnecessary fees, it would have cost us $80 plus for a small school project. I decided to go to UPS on Edmonds way. Very friendly staff and printed out those cards I needed for $15 in less than 10 min. What was I thinking to go to FedEx in the first place!!!!!! I would have given no star if there's one.

Everytime I come here I stand around waiting to be acknowledged. i counted five employees- all in their own world never looking up to check out customers. The elderly woman with the cane is always rude. I hate that I keep coming back here. Learn customer service, Fedex.

When I placed my order, an employee printed a sample for me to approve. She should've been allowed to push print once more to complete my order (without charging me a rush fee) instead of having me wait 24 hours.I returned 23 hours, 50 minutes later only to be told I couldn't have my order without paying the rush fee.Or I could wait ten minutes until my order was 24 hours old, to avoid paying the rush (ransom) fee, which I did.Are you freaking kidding me?!What and awful way to treat your customers!

I had to return clothes that I bought online. The clothing website directed me to bring it to a FedEx store, using HappyReturn. The employee helped me return the item. You don’t need to bring your own packaging; they provide it. You just need to bring your phone so they can scan the code and print the label for you.It was an easy experience. I received an email confirmation quickly. Recommend to others

Once a year I am in town (from El Paso) for our annual House of Blessing Golf Tournament fundraiser. The team at store 5174 always does a fantastic job, especially the store manager Sara. She is always bright, bubbly with a smile on her face and willing to assist. The rest of the team does a stellar job as well. Only wish this type of customer service was available at the FedEx in El Paso where i'm from. Already looking forward to next year and seeing the team again. Until next time Sara and team!

Don’t ever go there. I just went there to print a 2 pages file, took me 20 mins to wait for the code they send me on the email. One lady works there is super rude, she keeps telling me to wait and wait, no other solution besides that.

Sent 24x36 construction drawing to print, in result they gave me 36x36, I ask them if they can cut it to 24x36 because those are not I ordered for, they said they need to charge me for cutting to the right size, ridiculous. They hide the cutter behind to desk and leave the small cutter on the front. What a joke.

Everytime I come in here I always have an unpleasant experience. This branch is always short on staff and every staff is very annoyed and unfriendly. Expect to wait 10~20mins at least for just a simple shipping process. Awful branch.

Been here a gazillion times. Conveniently located at the Shoreline-Edmonds border at Hwy 99 and 205th, same vast retail area as Home Depot and Costco. I find this easier parking wise than sites also visited in Seattle - Ballard, UDistrict, and Northgate and closer than the one in Lynnwood.Closes weekdays at 7pm and weekends at 6pm. Self serve scan, fax, and print with a debit or credit card can be completed from hard copies or via a USB stick. Other printing and shipping services available at the main counter. Most recent stop was on 5/24/23 to do photocopies for a passport renewal, noticed the amazing clarity and quality of the photocopies. Straightforward and assistance available when needed.

Went in to drop off a package. Had to stand to wait for staff to realize I’m inside. Asked if I can drop off a package and they pointed towards the drop off without budging from their chairs. I ask where they would like me to put the package after scanning and a woman with bubble gum hair irritably pointed in another direction. Very unfriendly and lazy staff. I didn’t realize it’s so hard to walk your only customer in the store over to where they need to go or just simply scan the package for them instead of pointing with no verbal communication like we’re dogs. UPS is the go to and they’re right inside the Safeway parking lot.
