Broken carwash damaged my car and employee refused to issue refund or close carwash so it doesn't damage other vehicles.

Check your receipt, because they will absolutely lie to you about what stuff costs, then argue with you even after you show them their own shelf tag, then lie to you again and say they meant the post tax price.
