The office staff has always been pleasant but I am very disappointed with the rodent problem and the the "resident" on the lot. He was very rude and disrespectful. The security gate is wide open 24/7 . I will not ever forget his rudeness during a very trying and stressful time. He needs to show respect to your customers.

I have been with Sentry Mini Storage for almost a year now and it is the best storage facility I have ever been with! (I have been with 4 different) The staff is hands down amazing, they make the whole process so easy, and answer all the questions you may have in a respectful and professional manner. The units are really affordable and clean! I highly recommend this place if you're ever in need of storing stuff or even needing to rent a U-haul!

Ants mice and bees inside my unit. I tried to report it by calling and email. Instead of being professional they claimed I was lying and "blasting" them? Mice chewed belongings and boxes and drug in some type of food, bringing in the ants. I'm not happy with the condition, the business practices, or the customer relations. I actually have nothing good to say after how I was treated. The photos I took speak for themselves.I've spent $1350 for mice to chew up my belongings and s*** everywhere.

Great place, clean, and there is electric in every unit...I'm pretty sure...Sentry's employes are amazing ESPECIALY my fav ???Jennifer??? alway courtious and prompt ?? she is great when I'm in need of her services, she accepts payments$$ over the phone thru text for me...The facility has two live in RV spaces that are attended to at this moment and makes the place feel safe and free of crime...but they are not managers but will direct you to managers for your convenience to possibly rent a storage. I'm happy to say they are spectacular and Dynamit.Thank you Jennifer I truly enjoy working with you. ???

Very nice people, decent prices, i hope they got the lights working though. I think I might have left a message to the manager at the storage units screaming about covid being at fault for me not having the right gate code...sorry and thanks for giving me a temporary gate code....that I might still be using.?

Love these people but recently had a wierde experience. Earlier this year I reported an opening into my unit from another unit into mine. I sent pictures but nothing had been done. I don't frequent my unit very much but when I went again a couple months ago, again I saw the big opening still there. As if a panel was removed from the other side. I don't have renters insurance that would extend to any rented unit I might have. So I again took pictures and again sent them in. Finally, their lovely representative Wendy called me to tell me they needed a copy of my key to access my unit. Finally everything was repaired but I still have to see if I remember if I'm missing something. Don't remember if I originally made an inventory of what I put in there. I'm still looking for my new air cleaner machine. I hope it was as she thinks, that the neighbor accidentally knocked off a panel & that nothing was stolen.
