My trailer has been broken into here.Not their fault but there was still no recourse.My storage locker is completely full of dirt and dust from the bark company behind the storage.Ladies in the office are great.If you rent a storage facility here make sure you buy the insurance.

This is a very good storage solution place. On average, it is less expensive than most other storage units in Shelton.

Web site made me reserve a unit even though none habe been available for months didnt even habe the unit size in the facility that I reserved.Your website did have the reseve button I hit the button and followed the next steps. The employee at your facilities told me that the website has been doing this for months. That tells me that you are aware of this and have done nothing to fix it.

Good clean facility. When it was Freedom Self-Store, it was easy to pay and deal with. Now that it is U-Store I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. I PAID THEM WELL BEFORE THE DUE DATE, THEY LOST MY CHECK, (THE BANK SHOWED IT CASHED). THEN ASKED ME TO PUT A STOP PAYMENT ON IT (WHICH I DID FOR $30), THEN THEY FOUND THE CHECK, MAILED IT BACK TO MY BANK, THEN CHARGED ME LATE FEES FOR NOT PAYING. I PUT ANOTHER CHECK IN THE MAIL TO THEM AND CALLED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW. THEN THEY HARASSED ME AND WANTED ME TO RUSH DOWN AND PAY THEM CASH THE DAY BEFORE MY CHECK WAS TO ARRIVE.

I have had a storage unit here for almost a year. I have no complaints. Excellent customer service from the owner. Very affordable rates.
