Katie has a heart of gold and is a treasure for our Sequim community. She truly cares about her customers and even the youth who may justwant to hang out and play a card game with her. She and her work staff make everyone feel like family! (Oh and the clothes, shoes and accessories are sooo nice and affordable too!!!) ❤❤❤

Rude person working the counter. You should just learn to keep your mouth shut when someone is doing business with you. Bunch of overpriced old clothes. Go to Goodwill instead. Better selection and service. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Awesome employees! Great variety for men, women, & children. Consignment options, fitting room, couch for kids and bored hubbies, table with kids books and activities, very affordable and they even have a $1 rack.

I have been a consigner for many years with Lucky Star. The past year has been rough trying to get checks from the stote especially when you sell lots of clothing and items. katie has cut my checks short or isn't ever around to issue them. The Owner Katie I feel doesn't like issuing people the money that is owed to them. There is always an excuse of why your check isnt there, or why it's shorter than what it was a week before. Needless to say I will not be a Patron of her establishment anymore.

The owner was super rude when I asked if she was still accepting clothes and told me she DID NOT accept clothes after 5. It was about 5:06. I continued to look around and she proceeded to have a very loud and uncomfortable phone conversation. On my way out she was taking 2 bags of clothing form another person. I felt that it was an incredibly poor way to gain new customers. I won't be back and I will donate my items so I won't have another experience like this.

Zero stars is more like it. Ripoff consignment store. Fooled me once, won't ever be back. Rude, rip off. Donate to Good Will, Serenity House, Habitat For Humanity, or another charity. Or try a yard/garage sale. The only thing you'll get here is aggravation.

After shoping for a hour and choosing 4 dresses to buy I was told I had $20 shopping credit from recent Consignment drop off. I said how could that be you told me $37 cash two was before. Oh that's in a different file!??? I then ask who do they donate to and how long before they donate? She told me read my contract. I informed her I never had a contract but left my name and number on a post it. Cashier proceeded to go ballistic threatening to call police and her manager to prove me wrong. After she snatched away items. Throwing them on the floor and refusing to sell to me or return my money from Consignment items. I waited outside after calling police. They too were unable to get her to return my $37 or Consignment items. Buyer beware!
