NCV has handled my small pup since she joined our family. Recently, we had her spayed at NCV and it was a great experience. The staff had clear communication and ensured I had all my questions answered. Pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of care given. We have seen Dr. Youde and Dr. Squibb. Would absolutely recommend!

We brought our cat in today for a second opinion. They took our cat back for X-rays without consent, charged us an outrageous amount when we specifically told them we had a budget. Lucky for them my boyfriend was too nice to say anything and I was not there. Shame on them for treating people this way.

They've provided health care for my cat for years and referred us to a good place for specialty care when it was needed. The staff has always been friendly and the office has plenty of space. They are a very busy clinic, though, whether visiting the office or calling in, but I've never had an issue with waiting to long. They are always prompt in returning results as well. They do expect payment at the time of visit. Not sure if they accept pet insurance?

Dr Marshall genuinely cares about your babies, he is willing to take the time to figure out what is hurting them, he listens to your concerns and is thorough. Thank you for not letting my baby suffer anymore and for your kindness towards animals. I wish I had taken my baby here first he would still be alive!!

3-22: The staff was so friendly and answered all my questions. I appreciate their time and how quickly they scheduled my dog for surgery. He is doing well and looking forward to our walks again soon.
