Kindest people working here. Had a flat and walked up to the shop before they were even open. They sorted me out in 5 min, and taught me a bunch about it bike servicing too! Will definitely be back

I've been going to this shop for years to either get repairs, tune-ups, or stuff I need for my various bikes I've had over the years. Recently needed to get some adjustments for my bike. They were super fair and even gave me a discount when it turned out the amount of work was really minimal. Great business to work with for your bike needs.

My husband and I have lived in West Seattle for a few years, and while we haven't been long-time customers of this shop, we have brought almost all our business here since our move. I had my first-ever bike fitting done here, which I paid for, resulting in an additional purchase related to the fitting. The fitting experience was just "okay" because although I paid for the service, the fitter was rarely available to help with any tweaks. My biggest frustration was picking up my gear later, which was supposed to be discounted due to the fitting, only to find myself having to ask repeatedly for the discount.
We also had my husband's bike assembled in this shop, and this is where we encountered a significant issue. His bike is still relatively new (less than one year old) and hasn't had any modifications. Recently, he wanted to remove the handlebar for the first time to make a change, but discovered that one of the screws was stripped. This must have happened during the assembly at the shop. We took the bike in to see if they could help with the stripped screw, only to be told no one was available and we should come back later. Understandably, shops can get busy, so we returned the following week. However, we were then informed that we would need to schedule an appointment and pay to fix the mistake they made during the original assembly.
This experience has been quite disappointing, as it is completely unjust. I only have a month left on the "guarantees" associated with my bike fitting but with service like this, I'd rather take my business elsewhere now. We hope the shop considers addressing these issues to improve customer satisfaction.

Overjoyed to find a bike shop with experienced and super helpful staff. Beauty shop. Nice location. Easy to find. Easy parking. We were looking for trail expert recommendations and we got it at Westside and found a cellphone holder for my bike that I’ve always wanted so I could view my maps/gps while I ride. Bonus was two riding shirts too! Highly recommend these guys!

Best bicycle shop in the world!!
They can do basically anything you ask thats bike related and just great customer service overall. Would recommend to anyone that needs bike repair/maintenance
