An amazingly organized organization contributing to the care of needy kids in Seattle. They work with a multitude of agencies to provide clothing and necessities. Cannot begin to appreciate how much they do and what a great place to volunteer.

Disappointing. Appreciate the mission and what they're set up to do. Wish they did a better job at doing it. My wife stopped by to drop off 4 cases of diapers. No help or interaction whatsoever. She was just pointed to the back, but had to figure out on her own how to navigate the experience. Every worker or volunteer was too consumed with chatting with each other to be bothered to help someone bringing donations. I want to donate things for families in our own community. I'm not looking for a thank you or pat on the back. Just someone to point me in the right direction and maybe lend a hand unloading the car.
