This lady that lives in the same building that I do went to wan Lee auto repair. for steam coming from under her hood. He charge her $150 to bypass the heater core and $260 for labor and never fix the real problem which was the upper radiator hose. Why did he bypass the heater core when that was not the problem.if he would’ve done a pressure test he would have found out it was the upper radiator hose.was to get more money when she comes back because she has no heat.she paid him $442 for a foot long hose and male coupling. “THIS OWNER IS A RIPOFF”

This old master's skills are not good and his attitude is very bad.
The prices are outrageous. I advise you not to come here.

The store told me that I needed to replace parts and told me that there was no need for labor. I only had to pay 500 for the parts. When I showed him that it only cost 50 US dollars to buy these parts online, I immediately changed my face. I was doing maintenance and asked him. When I asked him to change the air filter, he actually told me that he didn't know how. He told me that he only did maintenance on the engine oil and did nothing else. How could such a profiteer still keep running this store? They really only deceive and deceive Chinese people in the United States. I really advise everyone not to go to this store. If you go, you will be tricked and deceived by him.

Brought my car in for an oil change and some pressure in the tires. They got the job done fast and well.

Super fast. Pep boys and other mechanics wanted to charge me $600 to change my front wheel brakes. They also didn’t want me bringing in my own brakes that I bought form O’reileys. I called Wan and he charged me $100 to install them. He did brakes and rotors in one hour for $350. He’s got a loyal customer for life.

Went here for issues with my Honda Fit's breaks, was met with wonderful service at a very fair and affordable price with very quick service. Asking around at other places in WA, parts were "unavailable" and costs were egregious. Here, everything was straightforward, labor costs were affordable, and they were able to get us in an out on the same day in under 2 hours with almost no notice. Highly recommend!

***NEGATIVE 5 STARS***I had them tow my van here because it overheated. He kept it for a day and called me and said there was nothing wrong with it but he did recommend getting my coolant flushed, so I did. $500 later, I'm driving my van home n it overheats again. I parked it and called a junk yard. I had to just let it go and be without. I'm a single Mom with an infant and I feel like they just took advantage. They are obviously incompetent and aren't thorough. ***DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE***

I would give this dude a zero star review if I could. I bought a 2002 4Runner from him last year let's say March for $3500 he tells me it's a good car you can drive it to Mexico and back I had it for less than 2 weeks immediately had problems with the motor check engine lights eventually the transmission died on me and he gave me back a van I traded to him towards buying the 4Runner it had an oil leak he told me the oil leak was fixed and he wanted $1,000 to give it back I told him I wasn't giving him a dime as the 4 runner was a lemon. Fast forward to now I take the van in for an oil change and find out they remove the bulb to the check engine light it's missing the catalytic converter and O2 sensors a pipe was poorly welded to the exhaust to temporarily Band-Aid the catastrophic damage on top of a crack in the power steering and missing motor mounts. if I do nothing but notify the public of this guy's extremely poor work ethic I say I've done my due diligence.

My daughter's brakes were making an awful noise. Gordy took all four tires off and did a thorough inspection. He asked if she drove to the mountains. Said her brakes were fine, and noise was from salt and it would go away. An honest mechanic!!!Can't thank you enough.
