This guy would never give me a price. I was just going round and round. Complete nonsense. I gave him all the information he needed. Then he asked for it again. I feel like he's not Vietnamese. I think he's Filipino because that's how they make their deals. You never get a straight answer.

Too bad! Spent time going to the place twice to send some documents but couldn't send them. The first time, I said I didn't accept sending documents, even though I had previously chatted and made it very clear that I would only send a few unimportant documents and that I accepted the minimum price of 5lb = $16. But they definitely won't let me send it.
When I chatted again with the owner, he said it was okay to send, so don't worry about sending it back, you reported it to the office. The second time when I arrived at 5pm, it said it was closed, while on chat it was clearly stated that it was open from 10am to 6pm, and also definitely did not let me send it. I also said that just yesterday I didn't let them be sent to me, so I argued that it wasn't because I didn't let them be sent yesterday, but because I was afraid it would cost me $16 to send only a few items, when I clearly stated that I accepted them. that price.
In general, the working attitude is too bad, like there is no need for customers. So it's ok, I won't come back here for anything.
