Very pleasant staff, and waiting area. Guaranteed no magazines over 2 months old. Well within a 15 minute appointment window.

Disappointed and angry.Seemed great during our intake appointment for my kiddo. Dr Thompson listened, seemed open to learning about the parts he didn't already know and said he looked forward to continuing my child's care and referred us out to take care of another issue. All good, Until I called to follow up with getting the referral as instructed by Dr Thompson. Was told that Dr Thompson was not actually taking new patients. And now I have to find my child another new primary care provider.

It is impossible to get an appointment as a new patient here. I looked up specific doctors to find who is accepting new patients and had a list ready to go when I called in (since apparently you can't book online as a new patient). After 20 minutes on the phone answering every possible question about all my personal information, I learned that none of those doctors have any appointments available for the next 9 months (and nothing later than that). The person on the phone couldn't give me any information about how to know when new appointments would get released.I had the exact same experience two months ago (30 minute phone call, no appointments available) and was hoping for a different outcome this time but it seems like its actually impossible to establish care at this facility. All i want is to be able to subscribe for alerts when new appointments open up so I don't need to just keep "randomly calling in to see if something has opened up" (which is what I've been recommended to do since apparently there is no rhyme or reason to new appointment availability).

They have a high turn over for doctors, so my PCP is no longer there, again. I had an appointment with a different doctor (Dr.Bell) who was not my new PCP a week ago. I messaged them in my chart to requested 5 medications last week that I have been on for years. I heard nothing 3 days later, so I called. Now, 6 days later… only one was filled, 2 were denied and 2 ignored . This is very bad as I need my medication to breathe and function. The new PCP has no availability until 1/25 so unti I get a new doctor my health is declining. I do not recommend Dr. Bell or Dr. Gord because they are the ones that were handling this.

Absolute B*******. I have scheduled 2 appointments with these people and they've canceled SAME DAY and rescheduled MONTHS out. My son has cancer and we are admitted at Children's right now. I made time to go to my appointment today to be told they canceled. No one called. Go somewhere else!

I recently became a patient of UW. Dr. Jack Mo is the physician I was assigned to for care. Dr. Mo was so kind, knowledgeable about my medical condition. His bedside manner was warm and genuine. He jumped right in finding out things Most doctors waste time with finding out your problem but Dr Moe or a complete test of things right away I'm so grateful for Dr Mo!!

I made my appointment on February/2023, my appointment was today at 8:20am (June/29/2023), after waiting almost 50 minutes, I had to go since I have my own clients and I don’t want them to wait. The assistant said she had an emergency.I am really upset about this poor management, from the beginning they could have let me know the doctor was running late or something. I had to take PTO hours for this appointment.I hope I don’t charge me for this visit, if I am charged I will update this post.

Honestly haven't had the best experience here, unfortunately. It might be because I didn't have the best experience with my pcp here. My messages don't get answered, even when the doctor told me to message her. I've been told that it's probably due to the fact that she's a resident and very busy, which is fine, but I've gotten lab results that I never got interpretation on(it's been three weeks). I decided that it's time to switch my care to another provider.

Avoid Dr. Matthew Baer at all costs. He ordered tests incorrectly (had to redo them at my expense). He refused to refer me to a cardiologist for tachycardia that I had months of evidence for (wish i had him put that in my chart). He held my wrist (checking for heart rate) without my consent/letting me know what he was doing. Superiority complex about chronic illness without doing anything to help you seek proper diagnosis. Tested hypermobility incorrectly (yes. Really.) Needed a form filled out with a 2 week deadline; was told I needed an appointment. None were available with any Dr. Im bounced around the scheduling lines. Baer had time to write a lengthy mychart message about how he couldn't fill out the form that took more time than signing the form would! Swedish took care of the same form in a day no cost.Moving from Florida I had higher hopes for UW, but have had issues with all practitioners. (Lack of follow up, lack of care, etc. They just want to be done with you and leave you be). Bloodwork techs were mostly good though. Im going back to swedish where I'm at least occasionally listened to.

Care here has fallen tremendously in the past years. In addition, it is impossible to get an appointment here within reasonable time. Even the most basic concerns are forwarded to the emergency room. Unfortunately no longer patient centered healthcare.

I found Dr Mo to be both warm and compassionate as well as knowledgeable.

Was directed. straight into an assigned a room. Wait time was extremely short. The room setup is very nice. There are two doors to each room one doors for the staff and 1 doors for the patient's.

I am quite new to Washington and have not had a pleasant experience finding continued care with various Doctors' and offices. It had been very frustrating until today...Set up primary care today with Dr. Jack Mo. I had a wonderful experience throughout my visit. The front staff is very kind, pleasant, and expedient.Dr. Mo took more time with me and my concerns than he should have. He was more than kind, listening to all of my concerns and thoughts. He not only offered immediate help, he took the time out to ensure that we could expand my treatment needs.Dr. Mo is someone who very much cares in a system of ours that really seems not to. Exceptional visit and conversation. I left with a feeling that I had been seeing Dr. Mo for years.I HIGHLY suggest if you have a need you take the time out to visit Dr. Mo. An AMAZING, AMAZING doctor!!!!

I would not recommend Beatrice Caballero, MD. After seeing her to establish care and letting her know my prior history and asked for labs to be done she decided I did not need labs. A bit over two weeks later I was hospitalized. There could have been a lot of preventative care to avoid a hospitalization had I gotten the labs I requested from my known prior history I had verbally disclosed to her. She does not care or listen from my experience.

Stary clear of this place, they will charge you for a phone call about test results! I recently had a doctors app and had to do some labs, the next day I got a phone call from my doctor about the lab results and found out afterwards that I got charged for that phone call. Why?? My insurance doesn't want to pay for a phone call, rightfully so!
