Trupanion has been extremely helpful in supporting us when our pup suffered from pneumonia and all hospital expenses incurred. We were very worried about our pup, and would've done everything possible to make sure he recovered, by the time it was all done, we had a hefty hospital bill, that we were glad we got pet insurance.Thanks Trupanion for being there for our pup and family.

This the first time, We’ve ever had pet insurance. My wife and I are so very thankful we chose Trupanion when we rescued Maggie as a nine-week-old puppy on Clear the Shelter day in 2019. Maggie has food and environmental allergies. Monthly vet visits, injections, meds to fight related ear infections can be costly. From the very beginning, Trupanion has been there every step of the way. With direct payment to the vet at the time of our bust they pay 90 percent of covered. The customer service has been outstanding and the vet loves their nearly immediate approval of the invoice and payment at the time of service. With no limits ever on disease, I can’t tell you enough how important Trupanion is to use. We highly recommend Trupanion and would encourage you to choose them as the insurance provider for your pet.

Trupanion has absolutely saved our dogs life. We insured our Great Dane puppy at 3 months. We never thought we needed it and whined about the cost constantly until this month. She's a year and a half and has been in constant pain for weeks, screaming and yelping every time she moves. After multiple x-rays, CT scans and different medicines we finally found a rare infection in her spine. We're already in the hole thousands of dollars and the treatment is a couple thousand more. The vet informed us that a lot of people have to put their dogs down because the treatment is so expensive, and we would be having the same conversation if it weren't for this insurance.Trupanion has paid 90% of all the costs. The claims are handled so quickly that we're often getting our reimbursement before the charge hits the credit card. They've been quick to answer questions and quickly fixed one tiny error when we were charged the deductible twice. The ability to go to these appointments and never once have to worry if we can afford to save our puppy has been life changing.

We have had Trupanion as our pet insurance for almost 12 years with our first Cavalier, Apollo and our second Cavalier, Gidget who is now 2 years old. They have been amazing in their customer service, ease of filing a claim and reimbursement of claims. Unfortunately our first Cavalier had many medical issues and we were so thankful that we didn’t have to concern ourselves with the cost of veterinary care and could concentrate on the health and well being of our beloved pet.I highly recommend Trupanion as your pet insurance!

My almost 13 year old cats have had Trupanion insurance for their whole lives. My sister, a veterinarian, recommended it many years ago. Fortunately, I haven't had to use it often over the years. It is my assurance that I will be able to do whatever is necessary for my "boys" when the need arises. I used it this winter and it covered a good amount of my bill. It is expensive, and goes up every year, but I'm glad I have it.

There isnt enough time for me to address all the wonderful things about trupanion pet insurance. The list is long; but my main point is their customer service is unbeatable. My dog Trout got really sick a couple months ago i was panicking crying and hysterical. I called trupanion just to make sure everything was up to date on her policy because we were headed to the ER; the gentleman i forgot his name but my goodness was he the sweetest most calming man and exactly what i needed at that time. He addressed my concerns and even offered to call me back to make sure Trout was okay.They have been amazing at covering everything for my dog, as a veterinary technician the ONLY insurance i recommend to my clients is trupnion. I have had Trupanion Pet Insurance for over 8 years. They have been extremely helpful when it comes to covering my claims. My dog has had 3 major surgeries over the past 3 years, and Trupanion has paid all of my allowed Vet bills within 48 hours of submitting them. I wouldn’t own a pet these days without having insurance for them. It just makes sense to have it!I highly recommend Trupanion to insure your pet against unforeseen emergencies!

I have had Trupanion for my sweet border collie/cattle dog mix since he was a puppy and can't say enough good things about the insurance. The customer service is always excellent and they are quick to answer the phone or respond in an email. They process claims through you and/or the veterinarian immediately and they keep their word on what they are covering. There's no guess work, there's nothing confusing. To have a company be honest, transparent, and reliable like this is rare and so I truly appreciate Trupanion. I can't imagine not having their coverage for a pet. Our dog has had a few major health issues unexpectedly come up and Trupanion has allowed us to get the medical work needed to help our best friend and have him in our lives longer.

My dog Spencer recently had major surgery, as stressful as that situation was , what was not stressful was the claim process for his medical bills.
