I've used this location a lot, I think its alright. Most of the time I have no issue, easiest thing is to create the shipment online and they mail you a barcode, which you can scan in store and attach to your package. Sometimes the email doesn't send though, and then the UPS store staff doesn't really care and charges you to print out the label, which is pretty dumb so I'm rating it lower for that. Not really the store's fault but more so on UPS

Tip was so friendly and went way over and beyond expectations. I use UPS daily and this location is my favorite now because of Tip!

Friendly and helpful. I was returning a large package but they didn’t have the box for that size. The associate helped me build one and packaged for me. The entire process was smooth and simple.

Got an Amazon order that they attempted once to deliver and then sending to an access point. This store is the access point and refuses to explain the split info I got in a text vs their system. The guy had an attitude of arrogance and not caring.
This is DISGUSTING and apparently the new normal based on other reviews.
I get that you may have had a rough day but you work in customer service. Be nice to the people you do business with.

I was expecting a package and requested for it to be delivered to the UPS store instead of sitting on my doorstep for several days while I was out of town. When I returned, I saw my package had been delivered so I went to the UPS store to pick it up. They were unable to find my package and gave me a phone number to call. I went to my car to make the call to UPS. The phone number lead to a robot assistant which told me it can't connect me to a customer service agent and I would need to submit a claim on the website. When I tried to request an agent it just hung up on me. I went to the website and attempted to submit a claim but was denied for no apparent reason. I walked back into the UPS store and asked to speak to the manager. I explained the phone/website failure and asked for him to contact someone to find out where my package was. I pulled up the detailed shipping information with the name of the person at the UPS store who signed for the package, the employee was present but claimed to know nothing about it. The manager looked up a few different things on the computer and told me it had been returned to the sender. He had no explanation as to why that would be happening and claimed it was a "UPS coding error". He called someone and relayed to me that it was still in Seattle at a transit center. He asked if I would like to have it attempted to be delivered at my house in which I said yes and he confirmed my address and I left feeling resolved. 2 days later I never received the package and it ended up going all the way back to the sender. I finally got a hold of a real person on UPS's phone system and they confirmed the same. They said there was no attempt to redeliver and someone at that UPS store 1277 rejected my package. They said this can happen when they get too many packages. I'm not sure if the manager at this store was actually on the phone with someone or just trying to make me feel resolved and leave. My package is now on its way back to the sender and UPS has basically told me there's nothing they can do and I need to contact my sender to resend the package when they get it. Livid doesn't begin to describe my feelings towards the degree of incompetence in this system. Everybody was blaming other people vs trying to find a resolution for the customer. The store manager was saying it was a UPS/driver problem. UPS was saying it was the employee a the store who rejected the package. I could care less who is at fault but I don't feel that anybody was willing to admit fault and help me get my package back. Instead they all just shrugged and told me to contact my sender to resend the package when it got back to them. This package was supposed to be here a week early and now because of UPS and UPS store's incompetence, its going to miss an important date. I won't be sending my business to this UPS store again.

I needed to notarize a document in Spanish and was able to do it at this UPS store thanks to the great help of their friendly stuff. One of their personnel speaks Spanish and was able to translate my document on the fly. Thanks!
