Friendly and helpful staff with everything you need to attend any kind of party. They were able to fill the mylar balloons I had brought in a very short period of time.

I got balloons from here three weeks ago and they are still floating! Amazing quality and super cute present ideas in their store. This is perfect for kids of all ages and adults too!

Amazing selection of jelly cats and sunny angels! One of my favorite toy stores to browse through, the staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

If you like jellycats this is the place to go! I've been twice and both times I found the cutest friends. The staff has always been super nice and friendly.

I found the price sheet confusing. I bought 7 balloons which I thought would fall under the 6- 24 category at 2.25 a piece.
Apparently the balloons will not float for more than 24 hours without the special helium for an extra 50 cents per balloon. I bought them at 1pm and needed them next morning at 930am and was advise to pay extra.
balloon price 7*2.25 = 15.75
helium 7*3.50 = 3.50
total should be 19.25 before taxes
To get to $21 , it is like taxes
first 5* 2.50 = 12.50
next 2 *2.25 = 5
helium = 3.50
The person gave me an extra balloon, nice gesture but due to confusing pricing will not be back. I am little sad was planning to use them for upcoming events.
Also caphill is so hard to find parking, I was so scared of popping them just even walking 3 blocks. You will be surprised how many people, dogs, low roots and untrimmed shrubs and trees I had to avoid.

I love this shop! We have a birthday balloon tradition and get all my kiddos balloons here, there is so much selection that everyone is always pleased. Friendly service. And cute toys, games, and party accessories, too?

The Red Ballon Company has such a variety of balloons and they did a great job with selection and delivery. I needed the balloons to stay up for a couple of days prior to the event and they added higher helium that made the balloons stay up for longer days. Neil helped me in the store to pick out some balloons and made them into this lovely cascade bouquet to not take up too much space of the view. They had a wonderful delivery service as well since all those balloons would have not fit in my car! Will be working with them again in the future!
