Second worst haircut I've ever had. Wouldn't come back if it was free. The "no wait" sign in the window is also a lie, as they couldn't schedule me for at least an hour.

Stylist: Libby was the stylist who shampooed and cut my long hair. She made my head feel really good because she messaged it gently as she shampooed. She cut my hair bluntly exactly the way I asked her to and got rid of the layers that I had previously had. I would recommend Libby to anyone who needs their long hair cut.

Horrible. I went inside this Supercuts. I stood at the front counter which is centered to the room and not off to one side. An older blonde haired lady with glasses was cutting someone's hair between 220 and 225pm. I stood there and at some point pulled out my phone several times just to check the time. She never acknowledged my presence although she faced me several times. I just left but turned around and came back. I told her it was very rude for her to not even acknowledge my presence. I did not curse. I did not raise my voice. She made an excuse. She told me I should have said hello. What happened to hi welcome in someone will be with you shortly. She missed the customer service boat and yes I am Black. Dont think that didnt cross my mind. The sign outside says they have cameras so now they can watch over and over how long I stood there. I will never darken their doorstep again. No star.
