This insurance company has completely screwed over my recently disabled dad and has been extremely disrespectful to him during this process, causing him extreme emotional distress. Claims representative, Laura Knickerson, has been rude, and extremely unhelpful during this whole process while my dad is already struggling with his life having turned upside down due to a recent brain injury. To any dental professionals looking for insurance, DO NOT CHOOSE SUNLIFE. He has been disabled for now 18 months and he has not seen a cent from them despite paying into sunlife for 20+ years (and still paying). There are many other great insurance companies out there (Standard Insurance out of Portland, Oregon being a great one). Please do not pay into this company and their scummy business practices.Thanks
