I’ve spent thousands over the years coming here on my work breaks, usually they’re okay. But today I bought the same drink I always buy. Opened it in my car and realized the seal was missing and the can was opened already. I brought it back in and the guy told me that was “impossible”… IMPOSSIBLE?! you’re telling me it’s physically impossible that a drink on the shelf was already opened?! Accusing me of lying and refusing to exchange a $4 drink…. Just pathetic and despicable customer service. After wasting my time like I’m some criminal they finally agreed to exchange it and called it an “exception”… learn some basic customer service skills.

It's not located "conveniently" off the designated route, BUT THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE, THE FRESH PREPARED FOOD IS GOOD, AND ITS A SPOT YOU MAY WANT TO DROP BY, if you're ever near Seattle hwy 99

Over priced gas with malfunctioning pumps! Stopped on E (car tells me how many miles I have until empty) got back on the highway to continue and realized my hand didn’t move and I had the exact same miles left. After returning the cashier called the supervisor “overseas “ and they decided that they would not refund my mine because “it was only $10…” despite the fact I was charged for gas that I did not receive. Just Break down, it’s better than being SCAMMED!

I am very confused after I saw TWO open signs glowing and flashing at me to come in, however when I walked up to the door it was locked and the worker informed me that the store does not open until 10am. I am now late to work because I followed the again TWO open signs only to get turned away and writing this review so others do not get mislead and fooled into thinking the store is open. Please update your signs to inform your customers so they too do not have to waste their time. Thank you

This station is running a scam where they advertise a different price on their florescent sign than they actually charge at the pump. Once you pump, they will not refund, so be sure to read the price at the actual handpump... it is usually 10 to 15 cents more than the advertised rate. This is not a cash or credit thing, just a scam.

Man walked in without a mask, although plenty of signs say masks are required. Informed the clerk, and he completely ignored me. Staff doesn't care about policy or their customers.
