Clerk was VERY disrespectful each time I went in to find a snack before I get my gas. They rush me out the store and then lock it after even tho it’s 24- hours. They SHOULD NOT be working for the shell company

Clerk was rude, the older guy
I wanted to get coffee myself
And he said he would do it, my guess is because of fear of spills
But he went on to put the cap on my coffee and touched the lid in the area where I’d be drinking from!!!!
I’m not sure where his hands have been!
DO NOT get coffee here!!!!

I want to preface this review by saying I am not one to leave 1 star reviews. I believe in respecting businesses and the employees that work hard to make it run, especially service workers. However, this 1 star review is for the older man who works behind the counter. If you've been here before, you know the one I'm talking about. I've seen this man do appalling things to customers, including swearing, yelling, ignoring, etc. He is always on a phone call, hiding in back, listening to something with both headphones in, and other things of the sort. As a retail worker, I get it. I've had those days. But this man seems to have one of those days every single day. I am a regular customer here and buy the same type of cigarettes every single time, but when I ask him, he always says, "Huh?" and makes me repeat myself. This by itself isn't a big deal, but it's worth noting that he can't understand or doesn't hear me when he always has two earbuds in his ears. I seldom see him being nice to any customers, but when I do, it's usually a conventionally attractive woman, and he gets all googly eyed and stare-y. Big creeper vibes. Today, I walked in to buy my usual, and he made some sort of weird hand gesture that I didn't understand, rubbing two fingers together and moving his hand up and down without saying anything. Maybe I'm missing something, but I was honestly perplexed and a little creeped out. I didn't ask him what it meant because I just wanted to get my sh*t and go. I have no interest in interacting with this man any more than I need to. This place isn't all bad, the young man, the older woman, and the darker skinned man that work here are all nice and I applaud them for putting up with some customers that are no doubt unsavory, but the older man is just plain rude to everyone and needs an attitude change asap. Also, they don't carry dorito chips.

**BEWARE**Medhat, the clerk that works at this gas station is a liability to Shell. I pumped my gas here and the gas overflowed. I informed him of the pump being broken and not stopping and he said "it's not broken". He was very rude to me and dismissive. He mentioned that I was not paying attention as I was cleaning my windshield. I told him that even if I was paying attention, it would've still overflowed as I don't know when to stop pumping. He refused to put an "out of order" on the pump in question and mentioned that this has been happening in the past. If you've had this happen to you and a problem arises with your fuel system, make sure to hold this gas station accountable. The fact that he wouldn't put the pump "out of order" to get it fixed and prevent people from using it will put this station in legal jeopardy.Two other customers approached me and also told me that he was wrong, that the pump should've stopped as nobody can determine themselves when to stop pumping gas. We rely on the pump to click and stop pumping once the tank is appropriately full.

walked in to buy a token for the air machine outside, hispanic kid gave me an extra token instead of charging me again when i told him the air nozzle leaks air, thanks.

Make sure you get a receipt! The clerk charged me twice for a bag of chips then told me he can't put it back on my card, he was rude and on his phone talking. If he wasn't on the phone he would've been paying attention to what he was doing. He told me to get another bag and i told him no, i dont want it i want my money back. He kept on claiming his register cant put the money back on my card. I had to tell him that I will report fraud on my credit card then that when he gave me a refund in cash. He was very rude from when I step foot in the store! Make Sure you GET A RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

They don't maintain their pumps. They don't shut off automatically when Your tank is full. I was watching the price go up and up and gas was spilling all over my car and onto the ground and I told the gentleman inside about it and he couldn't give me any money back he just said he'll let management know. Won't be coming back!

If zero stars were possible, then that is the rating that I would give this gas station for customer service.
I purchased a $25 gift card for a friend from this location months ago. The cashier was new and seemed very flustered but charged my credit card and said that the card was activated. I wasn’t convinced, so I purchased a different gas card from another establishment for said friend.
When I tried to use the gift card myself, the purchase didn’t go through. I came to ask the cashier if he could check the balance for me or if he could do anything about the incorrect transaction. I was prepared for him to say that there was nothing to be done at this point.
What I was not prepared for was to be rudely lectured about it not being his fault and that I waited too long to use the gift card. I get that serving humans is a tough racket, and I knew the original mistake wasn’t his fault. But it wasn’t mine either- being scolded and belittled by a stranger for asking a question was not a good experience. Never, never again.

Put over $75 in gas in my vehicle and he wouldn't let us park in his lot for 5 minutes. Never met an owner with a bigger stick up his a$$
