One of my favorite antique stores to stop by whenever I'm in town. I'm so sad that this place is starting to shut down (from what I've been hearing). Highly recommend coming here before they close their doors!

Really cool place, there's a little bit of everything from every decade/generation. It's like a museum but you can buy the artifacts and give them a second chance at life at home lol

Golliwoggs on the bottom shelf, dusty and with no historical information. Other appropriative pieces in the space were accompanied by pieces of literature. When I asked the manager to tell me about them he immediately got defensive and started telling me how they were history. I didn’t accuse him of anything and just asked a question—- fragility at its finest. He went on for 19 minutes on how they, the African American collectors LOVE these.I said, we love reminders of Jim Crow and minstrel shows!? He said, love was a strong word.I then asked if they were such a piece of history, wouldn’t they do better in a museum and not the bottom shelf of an antique store on the pier in Seattle? I asked where there swastikas were and they let me know they were illegal to display!!!!!!!!Y’all spend your money where it matters- NOT HERE

STOP SELLING RACIST DOLLS.In the past I really enjoyed this store. It was always full of fun antiques and it's was a great way to spend some time on the waterfront. It was a stark slap in the face when I realized that they were selling golliwog dolls. Golliwog dolls show racist stereotypes of black people and the dolls have been traced all the way to the 1800s. With the black skin and circular red lips. It's a very dehumanizing depiction.Golliwog dolls have a very long and extremely racist history. They are not something that the store should be profiting off of. Perhaps they just didn't know, but they know now.I really can't imagine anyone but racists wanting to buy these. It really put a bitter taste in my mouth to see them advertised for sale. It really put a sour twist to anotherwise nice day out.

Small and quaint on the waterfront. It was my first time visiting this weekend and I didn’t have a terrible time just wasn’t really worth the trip. I’m sure someone somewhere will find something they like in here but I prefer other spots in the area for my antique hunting. The place feels like it’s lost its passion.

Fun store, large variety, good prices, great location. Not my first time here and won't be my last. They always have some good music playing, and fun patches

Mostly vintage not antique. Okay prices but at the same time, it’s junk.

Several antique items. They have some items of the 1962 World's Fair in Seattle. Great service. They also sell water for one dollar, which is very cheap for this area.

The Seattle Antique Market is, without a doubt, a five-star destination for antique enthusiasts. As the top spot for antiques in the area, it lives up to its reputation with the largest and most diverse selection, all curated by a single passionate individual. The array of items available is truly impressive, offering something for every kind of collector. My own visit resulted in a substantially heavier bag, filled with unique finds including a charming statue, an assortment of books, stylish bookends, and several other intriguing items. The prices here are fixed, which adds a straightforward, no-haggle dimension to the shopping experience – quite unusual, but it works. A delightful bonus was the opportunity to play an old-school game, complete with the chance to win candy – a nostalgic touch that added to the fun. The market is not only about the items it sells; it's also about how beautifully everything is displayed, making it a visually pleasing experience. The Seattle Antique Market is a must-visit location for anyone looking for unique and high-quality antiques in a well-organized, inviting environment.
