Absolutely incredible customer service. They answered my calls, patiently heard me out, and carefully walked me through a series of steps until I figured out what was wrong with my heater. And when I realized I needed a few parts - for a marine heater that's 14 years old - they looked them up, had them in stock, and shipped them across the country in a matter of days. All this for someone who wasn't their original install. I won't go anywhere else for heating needs!

I installed the 1300 on my boat a couple years ago and it has been great. This year, it had a problem with the unit. I was able to be in the Seattle area and visited Scan Marine and met Doug as soon as I walked in. I explained my issue with the 1300 and he had a couple of suggested courses of action to correct it. A very friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented establishment. I even looked at the other heating products and Doug demonstrated one of the units I was very interested in upgrading to if I decide to go to a diesel unit. Product knowledge, great customer service, and several working product demonstrations to boot. Thank you for the service.

What incredible customer service!! Calling from another state about a Wallis stove that they have never seen and they happily spend 10 minutes on the phone with me trying to solve an ignition problem. If I could and lived nearby I would definitely give them all my business. Thanks for such an uplifting interaction.

I can't say enough about how great this company is. We use our heater A LOT. It needed an adjustment twice. The fist time they adjusted it and sent it out fast. The next time I received a call from Doug McElroy and he told me they were sending me a new unit, adjusted for my altitude that would have full warranty. What company does this? I am so impressed! Thanks for keeping me warm on those cold fishing days. You guys are great!

I bought a Wallas DT40 Furnace from these guys and they were always available by phone for questions. Very knowledgeable and straightforward. One week out I had an issue that required sending it back to them in Seattle to look it over. Their customer service is over the top and they solved my problem and shipped it back to me in just a couple days. I'm pretty happy with having made the purchase from them and have always heard that they are great to work with. Now I know first hand. Thanks guys! BTW. The Wallas is super quiet inside and out - we love it!

I bought a Wallas diesel/kerosene stove/heater with blower from Scan Marine. The stove itself is very good, but also the folk at Scan Marine have been extremely helpful as I've done the installation.
