I think I wasted my money on the $6. a pound wood scraps…came out more than regular lumber….I was shocked. I think I will return the pieces for a refund.

My husband had called and put something on hold. I drove down after work from Everett. The traffic wasn't bad, got there about 9am, they weren't busy, picked up the item and went home. They were friendly and nice guys.

I've got to say I wasn't impressed with the staff here. They don't seam to be "woodworkers". When you ask questions about products or for products, they didn't know what I was asking about.

Stopped in to pick up some clamps and had the pleasure of meeting Kevin who works at the Seattle store. He was extremely helpful, friendly and, most importantly, knew his store and inventory well. His knowledge of Rockler products didn’t do my credit card any good ?.5 Stars for Kevin!

Such a great Woodworking store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and helped this newbie find what I needed! I took a pen turning class here as well, and it was a blast. Nice small format (3-4 students) so it was easy to get individual help and attention.

Kelley was SO helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I learned so much from her as she advised me on what products would be best for me different projects. I’m newly getting into furniture refinishing and so appreciated her guidance!

Absoltutely fun loving tree huggers work there but hey they like to talk wood and thats what your there for! Lots of different really nice lumber and friendly staff. What more can you ask for? Nothing

This is my first ever Yelp review but I had to shout this place out because I had maybe the best customer service experience of my life here?? (Sounds dramatic but is true). I walked in the other day with a repair project idea but very limited knowledge of woodworking. Kelley talked me through options, did not try to upsell me on any products, drew me some helpful little diagrams, was not pushy about signing me up for their email list, and was just overall delightful. She spent probably 20-30 min helping me out, and I left feeling confident that I can save my little table! Great store and thank you Kelley!!!

We needed to match a stain color and the staff was very helpful. Rockler doesn't carry the same brands you would see in Home Depot, but they have a wide selection. We found a good match and are very happy. Excellent staff and experience.

Rockler helped make my first furniture project a success! I disassembled the legs on an end-table so that I could reposition the lower shelf and reduce its height by trimming the legs. Despite my poor description, Rockler took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, both on the phone and in person, showed me my options for parts, and gave me advice on what tools to use.
