Had a pickup order from the bakery and deli. Picked up all items at the time requested without issue. Received a call an hour later asking why it’s not picked up. I was a bit confused and apologetic saying we are all set and had everything and even named the employees we gathered from. Then I received a second phone call from another person and he was very kind at first double checking. I thanked him but said no we are all set you can resell or discard. At that point he was frustrated and argued with me that I didn’t pick up the food and that I am responsible for a food scarcity and throwing away good food as it is sitting in the refrigerator. Then he hung up on me. A bit concerned and definitely put off.

5 stars for having a parking ramp. 1 star for the unsettling feeling of being stalked through the QFC store by a man. I first noticed someone in the grocery section lingering around me but was 1) partly unsure if my spidey-senses were right, 2) partly scared to look, and 3) partly distracted with what I was actually there to do - shop for groceries. I wasn’t sure until he followed me all the way to the dairy section in the back. That’s when I really took note of him. I felt scared at first, quickly running through all the options in my head. It was only when I felt brave enough to peek at the guy, knowing he had his back turned to me, did I realize his shirt had “security” written on the back. Shocker. I know I didn’t do anything that warranted suspicion for stealing. I literally had 15 mins to shop and was being pretty quick and efficient. I was confused. It felt really weird and icky to be watched. It felt weird to be stalked like that. Weird enough for me to come on here to comment, only to find through reading other reviews that it seems to be an issue at QFC. I decided to stand up for myself by making sure I looked him in the eye before leaving. I don’t hate him, but it was too much. I
think this is management’s fault because it is always the leadership that allows this to happen, hiding their behavior behind security measures and policy. The feeling of being stalked is icky. QFC made me feel unsafe, and then really weirded out. It was a confusing and uncomfortable experience and I won’t be back.
Prices are a little higher here, but average for organic produce. My total was $100+

Ian is hands down the best bartender ever and should be given a raise. Love this man. Best QFC worker of all time. His conversational skills and personality make me definitely want to come back.

This QFC has amazing stuffs! They are very friendly and helpful. Some of the stuffs even willingly ask if any help needed. One of their employee Rashon helped me at the last minute before closing in floral depart!

In the United States, if you see a cheap price in a store, don't trust the store. Because when you get to the cash register, it's another higher price. A lot of supermarkets in America do that including this one. If you see my comments and take them seriously, you'll save a lot of money.

Super amazing staff; especially the employee working the self checkout on 6/14/24 between 9:00PM - 10:20PM. This guy handled everyone in the self checkout line super quickly and efficiently during the busy hour, which I can imagine saves everyone a lot of time. Deserves a raise / promotion. Kudos QFC! (for hiring a remarkable staff).

Customer service person was really rude when i asked if I could use my newly registered QFC card. This happened on June 12 @ 12:20 pm.
