Walked in needing to get a new bedding set because parents are visiting. It was Holly, the Store designer, who was available for questions and took the time to assist me in finding the right comforter...and on sale. She assisted me though she was not a sales person and had the humility to indicated she would take a little longer because she was just in the process of finding inventory for me that was not supposed to be available.
She found what I needed and found the matching shams that were also supposed to be unavailable. She respected my budgetary constraints and helped me find pieces that were on sale. I loved the pattern, design, and color. Also, she saved me hundreds of dollars without exaggeration with her consideration, persistence, and excellent customer service. it's one of the things that I love about being able to shop in person, you get to touch and feel and see the harmonies of what is possible between what's already in your home and what's out there that you can bring into your home. Online shopping is all right but in person shopping is way more fun. Grateful to have this Store at University Village. Thank you.

Very pretentious blonde woman behind the design counter ignored us when we clearly needed help, and scoffed when we decided to take the display blanket instead of helping us. Super rude staff at the University Village store. Won’t be spending my money here again.

A huge shout out to manager Suzanne and the sales staff. I ordered a dining set from this store, expecting to have it by late September. A back ordered item caused my whole set to be delayed until February! I recall my saleswoman told me to always try to order from the store vs online, because if something goes wrong, they can help. So I called the manager, Suzanne. My furniture arrives Monday. Thanks Suzanne - for supporting customer needs with the utmost professionalism.

I purchased a bedframe online September 27th with an estimated delivery date between October 14th and October 28th. We were moving into a new home on October 14th and willing to sleep on the floor for a couple of weeks until it arrived. When I hadn't received a call to set up the delivery by October 28th, I checked the tracking of the product and the estimated delivery had changed to October 30th and November 17th. I phoned customer service to cancel the order and was told it was in transit and I would have to wait for it to be delivered and return the product. At that time, they would return the funds for the product but not the shipping costs of $345.45 even though I never received the product within the estimated time frame that I was indicated when I purchased it. After multiple emails back and forth (always a week for them to reply), they now tell me they are able to cancel the order for me even though it's still in transit. They still will not refund the shipping costs though. On November 2nd they indicated they would cancel the order and indicated it would be 3-4 days for them to "work on this". It is now November 13th and I haven't received a refund or any communication from them. At this point, I don't know if I will ever get my money back. Terrible customer service. I will never purchase from this company ever again.

Very bad customer service experience in the store. I asked for help understanding the different variations of duvet inserts. The first person had absolutely no clue and just kept saying different things that contradicted what the tags says or completely unrelated to my question. I told her thank you and that I would continue looking.She went in the back and I asked someone else for help. She also did not know, and said so, but just stood there. After a pause I asked her what could be done to find out, and she told me I could call customer service. I responded that *she* could call customer service and in addition to helping me she could learn more about the products. I looked around the empty store and commented that it seemed she had time to help me and that I didn’t have so much extra time. She said she didn’t have extra time either, so I reminded her that helping a customer generally is not considered “extra”. She then proceeded to look up the information I was looking for.I’m baffled why people in retail just say “I don’t know” and don’t take any action to try to find the information. And although I rarely order online just so I can help people have jobs, this is exactly why people just order online. If you want to be valued, then do more than the bare minimum.

zero stars review. After purchasing a custom item that was advertised as free shipping. The purchase breakdown charged us shipping and tax twice. after calling costumer service they said even with the false advertising would not cancel the order. be aware of extra charges and poor costumer service

Finding your way around the shopping area is very difficult and parking is impossible. I ordered and paid for items online and when I arrived to pick up the items the stores computers were down and staff/service was in chaos.
