Super friendly service. This little shop has everything. Glass, loose tobacco, disposable vapes, nic salts, cigarettes. I had no idea this little shop was here until recently, but now that I do, I won’t be going anywhere else.

i have bought 3 different smoking accessories in the past few months from this smoke shop as it's the closest to my apartment. All 3 have broken completely within 1 day of having them. 2 yocan concentrate vapes and 1 butane torch all have completely broken within 24 hours. One of the yocans I returned and was given a new one just for that new one to also break the same exact night. The torch worked fine until i went to refill it and realized the hole to refill it is completely bent shut. One of the other torches the man at the counter was showing me broke as he was demonstrating how it works, he then proceeded to put it back on the shelf. I dont understand how you can have so many faulty products. Nicotine products are probably fine but dont come here for anything else.

Store’s the best. Service is top notch and lots of discount. Very wide choice of products. Owner and employee are super chill and friendly!

Went twice recently, asked you to see products through cabinet, wouldn’t take out let you touch, and asked to “Pay pay pay” first. Very rude!! I’d travel further for better customer service.

Been going here three years since I moved to Seattle, and it's the best local place. Good deals, and the owner is the best I've seen. Super helpful, and the kindest guy you'll meet!

I've been going there for awhile and they are always friendly and they always inform me of new vapes they have in or there getting in and there a reasonably priced. I've never had any issues with the vapes and if I did the owner said to bring it back and he would replace it. I'll continue to go there as long as I'm in the area.

I understand why there are so many negative reviews and interactions. Everything is overpriced, even for Seattle.Customer service, if that's what you call it was subpar. There are other local shops smoke shops I will be going too.

This place always hooks me up everytime i shop. Either they give me extra stuff for free or throw me a sick discount. Plus theyre always honest about what they are selling me and try to help me get the best bang for the buck on any vape products

I would recommend going somewhere else because this place is way too expensive, even for Seattle prices. The customer service was underwhelming.Locals advised me not to walk in, o should have listed. I would recommend going to other local Tobacco shops

BUYER BEWARE: FAKE VAPE JUICE! The one on the right I bought off of the official baton website and the one on the left I bought in store here. Not only did it not taste right but there’s so many obvious indications that the one on the left is fake.-printing on the label is slightly blurry and doesn’t list the baton website (major red flag)-the sticker for the label is crooked-the date & nicotine percentage on the bottom is crooked and not legibleDefinitely won’t be coming back and extremely upset that I was putting god knows what into my body.I’m not interested in a refund or even a response from this merchant just wish he would have some human decency?

Got sold fake baton juice , I also noticed the label was crooked and looked nothing like the juices on the Baton website after I had purchased used it unfortunately. It tasted like burnt cheese.I feel so sorry for the owner because it really must feel awful trying to sleep at night knowing that he sells most of his customers random fake off brand chemicals that they unknowingly put into their body’s thinking that they are FDA approved tobacco products.I also witnessed him snap at my significant other to hurry up and pay when we were trying to confirm that the juice was real, when it was in fact not.Judging by the reviews I see from other unhappy customers I’m not at all surprised he acts like such a sketchy vendor as well.Very untrustworthy, snappy, and rude to say the least.( Your store has been reported to the proper administrative authorities for selling knock-off products. I suggest you clean up your act, or risk getting shut down )

shouldve read reviews before buying, can confirm that the disposable vapes are v fake unfortunately. i got one and it was just dead, got it swapped out and it was ok for the first few and then tasted super burnt.

Pike Tobacco is the best smoke shop in Seattle. The owner is super friendly and offers discounts freely to regulars and offers replacements for faulty vapes. Keep the receipt if you're not a regular. Super cool and overtly friendly owner. Costs are below other smoke shops.
