Came in this morning a little frantic about printing out some resumes last minute. The staff were so nice and patient. I got everything I needed quickly and for a VERY reasonable price. I will be back. Excellent addition to the neighborhood. Thank you!

I sent boxes from Park Postal on 3/30/24. I asked the young man there twice to mark fragile on my boxes, which he assured twice he would do, he didn't. Half the stuff is broken. Yes I should've insured the boxes but if this guy had actually done what he promised I think the boxes would've been OK. It's just so sad to see such incompetence in such a beautiful city. Im truly disappointed.

They made paper copies for me. Have used them for stamps, packages, large envelopes and the mailing thereof. I have used the Madison park and leschi locations because they are close by?

Lived in the neighborhood for 15 years but never been here. Always was doing all my mailing from downtown because of work. Super efficient, great parking, great customer service. My new post office!

Barely any lines. Easy access in a neighborhood environment. The store itself has charm and character. Very friendly and helpful people work a Park Postal in Madison Park.

Much like the the regular post office you can expect long lines and a general poor customer experience. Best thing they have is a cute selection of greeting cards.Unfortunately, they have a most passive aggressive person behind the counter. Such a spoil on an otherwise pleasant day. Which was their intention.

Great employees that are friendly, helpful and attentive. They jumped to action with multiple customers but made sure everyone felt that they were acknowledged and would be helped as soon as possible. They helped problem solve for 2 individuals next to me and provided them with options and let the customer make the decision. Quick to assist and took care of business for me. Love the location since it's close to home and appreciate supporting local businesses!

Helpful and friendly staff explained and assisted me in repacking the large and awkwardly shaped Electro Pounce I had sold on eBay and needed to ship undamaged to CA. These guys got it done for me at the most affordable rate available. 5/5 will ship with them again for sure.
