Upon arrival, I discovered the room I had requested had been changed and for personal reasons, I was unable to stay in that new space.I have to commend Andrew from the front desk for going above and beyond to make things right. He upgraded my room and was so kind and apologetic,As far as the hotel itself, the rooms are painted a very cozy, deep green, so you might feel like you’re in a pine forest,…(I did, and I loved it, but it might not be everybody’s thing….)…the challenge is that the lighting in the rooms is mostly very dim, except for a desk lamp. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, The rain shower in the bathroom was lovely and this hotel is in a phenomenal location.Pike market (so fun), is a five minute walk; there are boutiques in the neighborhood, little coffee, shops, galleries. My salmon, dinner at the restaurant downstairs was probably the best I’ve had in 20 years. I love salmon and it was on a bed of crunchy quinoa with vegetables. It was so yummy. A young man named Will was working at the bar - restaurant and he was a genuine nice guy… Great service from him too.Overall, I think a good value for the price –( noting the lighting if you have vision issues).

Stunning building, decently clean room, very cute furniture! Crazy about the vibrant teal and glossy, modern bathroom. I want to recommend this hotel, but I can't. I could hear conversations, children crying, coughing, footsteps in other rooms/the hall all night. The city noise wasn't even an issue. Nothing ruins a trip like a restless night.

The hotel overall was in a good location and was clean but the entire experience was ruined by the manager. There was problems with payment as we wanted to use a different credit card to pay then what was booked with. So they said it was all sorted when we left. This was after the manager yelled at me when I told him they didn't fully refund the amount that was charged incorrectly. And then 2 weeks later I look at my credit card statement to find that they charged me again without any authorization. When I called to chat with them to see what happened they blamed the credit card company and refused to help. So now I guess I'll be disputing through the credit card company. Very unprofessional manager and lots of incompetence. Make sure you watch your statements after staying here.

This hotel is in a great location for walkability. It is literally across the street from Pikes Place Market. The hotel has cool decor and seemed to be in good shape. The single king room was a little small, but the part that I disliked the most was the noise from outside. The windows on the room were older, and didn’t seem to close the whole way. Falling asleep was hard due to how loud it was. At one point we heard someone yelling and destroying property outside.Staff at the front desk was friendly. The bartender at the attached restaurant and bar was grumpy.

This is no doubt one of the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It's noisy, some machinery is making periodic noises. Water constantly annoyingly flowing through the pipe, which is exposed outside of the wall mean to be decorative. People party until after midnight in their rooms. I think the HVAC filter isn't working. There's dust on the table and everywhere. There's no way to keep the lights on, they will all turn off after a while. To top it off, the front desk staff would not answer the phone.Book at your own risk

Truly one of the best hotel experiences I've had in ages! Harry and Andrew were absolutely wonderful and helped make my stay and Seattle experience the best it could be. Harry recommended a fantastic pizza place for dinner to me. The room was a wonderful boutique hotel room, freshly remodeled, with an amazing shower, bed and minibar. At the end of my stay, my flight was delayed multiple times and Andrew made sure my bags were safe well after my check out time and we had great conversations in between guests checking in. I would highly recommend the Palihotel for anyone visiting Seattle. Amazing location, just a block from the Pike Market!Noteworthy details: Excellent staff, unique hotel experience and amazing proximity to the Public Market

The front desk was extremely rude, especially Andrew who is confrontational and makes you regret your stay at Palihotel the moment you interact with him. The bathroom doors in our apartment were broken and wouldn't close or lock.Upon reporting it to the front desk, they said they were going to send maintenance to fix it. After a couple of hours of wait and nobody showing up, we learnt that they were going to send maintenance on the next workday which would be near the end of our trip. Andrew first lied to us about not having any other rooms available, saying that they are fully booked out and proceeded to confront us about why we would even care about the bathroom doors being broken and not closing. He suggested that we shouldn't care about privacy and just figure out the bathroom situation in an apartment that I was sharing with another person. He was rude, confrontational, and offensive. Upon asking for a solution and after continuing to plead our case and argue, suddenly a room became available despite the entire hotel being booked out 10 minutes ago.Never in our lives have we had such bad experience with a hotel or with another person. Additionally, safety was a huge concern. There were drug addicts who would come into the hotel and ask for money from guests and continue to harass them while the hotel staff wouldn't do anything. We were wrong to book this place due to good reviews we found online. Definitely not coming back. If you're looking for a pleasant stay for your vacation, I would definitely avoid Palihotel Seattle.Safety: There were drug addicts who would come into the hotel and ask for money from guests and continue to harass them while the hotel staff wouldn't do anything. The front doors are always unlocked and elevators are open to all, so anybody could come in to the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th floor and knock at your doors.

One of the best stays I've had. Hart and hunter restaurant is immaculate and o ate 3 meals of 6 there because it was so good. Highly recommended. The place looks like something out of a movie and honestly the theme was very pleasing. Take notice to particular details like biographical books reversed on bookshelves throughout the place. I liked it as much if not more than my stay in memphis at Arrive hotel, a sister hotel to PalihotelSeattle. Kudos to this chain for being my favorite overall.Nearby activities: Located downtown it is near everything in Seattle and only a block from pikes place. Really good location.Walkability: Walk to everything in Seattle but a warning, this city is not for those who fear heights or who do not like to walk. Seattle downtown is big.Food & drinks: Food was incredible and I really enjoyed the meticulous staff, ambiance, and theme of the restaurant.

I had a great stay at the hotel! Well positioned to make the most out of Seattle and on the doorstep of the Pike Place Market. Not far from Westlake centre which is a short link ride from the airport. Otto was very helpful and friendly. I fortunately had a room inwards facing which means not a great view but silence during the night which I appreciate more. From the photos I thought I’d have a proper desk but that’s probably the other rooms. Overall a comfortable stay and the room was well kept. Shower was a bit strange to turn on but other than that no complaints. Thanks Palihotel!Rooms: Room was very well kept and clean. Super comfortable king bed.Nearby activities: Well placed for walking to anywhere in Seattle. Also right next to Pike Place Market.Safety: Safe environment, there are homeless a few streets down but nothing serious.Walkability: Walking distance to everywhere. 40 minute walk to the Space Needle.Food & drinks: The breakfast wasn’t the best but not really the point of my stay.

Beautiful historic downtown Seattle. It is within walking distance to Pikes Market. We visited for the first time and couldn't believe the number of stores. Saw the flying fish, beautiful flowers, and wonderful smells of different types of foods. Restaurants galoreRooms: I am very pleased with our room. The room is very spacioys. I love the clawfoot tub and king-size bed. I am also impressed with the super soft Turkish towels. I will definitely stay here again.

Seemed like the hotel was short staffed and most staff that were there didn’t seem to care they had guests. My front desk visits seemed like a bother. The place is stylish which is why I chose it. But the lighting in the bathroom is terrible and the green walls didn’t help! it also might have been one of the worst nights sleep in a hotel I’ve ever had. Garbage trucks, delivery trucks all night. I had an important meeting the next morning and maybe got a solid hour sleep all night. A drunk or high person was either outside or in the hallway, I couldn’t tell. But his screams a few times throughout the night didn’t help either. The location is perfect for all things Pikes market, including all their deliveries. Sad to say it wasn’t a great stay.

This hotel has a great location, steps from the pike place market. The guys at the reception do a great job.The room left us disappointed. Décor was nice and it was spotless. Unfortunately it was facing the alley on the hotel right side. This and the dark green painted room walls made the space extremely dark, even with the lights on. Additionally the trash truck is going through that street at least 3 times per night and it is a preferred spot for drug addicts, causing a lot of noise which is not mitigated by the hotel windows.

Great location, well designed interior, great bar and cafe and very nice service. Not the quietest location but if you want to walk to everything in downtown, like we did, the only way to get more quiet is to go higher. For us this was a great home base. Rooms are “efficient” in a good way, maybe small for those expecting more luxury.

This hotel has so much charm! The environment is inviting and the style is eclectic. It’s a stone throw away from Pike Place Market, making it in a prime walking location. Just be aware that does mean city noise too. People who work there are hospitable and knowledgeable. Shoutout to Otto! Only wish our stay was longer. Highly recommend.

The guy who checked us in was great! Wish I remembered his name. We booked the smallest room which I knew, but it didn’t have a closet, dresser, or side tables. The only table was completely taken up with the mini bar/coffee set up. So that room type certainly isn’t ideal for any stays longer than one night. The lobby was beautiful and service was great!
