Decent selection and better location, but there's an employee there (perhaps the owner) who, everytime i have gone in there, has been a d!@k. Rude. Accusitory. Inpolite.The singularly most wild experience i have had with a stranger involving a simple business transaction.I finally told him off and will not return.

I live in the area and this was my first time stopping in for some vape juice. they had a VERY large selection of vape products plus glassware. The gentleman at the counter was super friendly and I will definitely be a returning customer !

Whoever was just working there (maybe the owner?)literally physically tried pushing me out of his store. He also threatened to call the police on me but I called his bluff and he didn’t. He also came at me with a stapler in his hand but nothing beyond the shoving happened. This all stemmed because I wanted to return an UNUSED grinder with the receipt. I really don’t know what his problem was because he snapped immediately and was completely unreasonable. Don’t recommend this store.

Got many different vapes all kinds lots of flavors stuff is great also have Red Bull cigar pretty much can meet all of your tobacco needs I live in Arlington and I make sure to buy all of my vapes from these guys I will go without vape just to be able to buy them from them. Very friendly and always very helpful and patient when I'm trying to decide on one of their hundreds of vape flavors

The owner called me the B-WORD! Simply because my phone died right before I could complete my transaction via Google pay! So sorry dude! It wasn't even ten minutes until the closed, and he was super friendly up until my phone died...He had kept saying, its ok take your time! Until BOOM outta no where he started yelling at me and called me a BI+CH!!! Wow. He didnt even have any other customers in the store. And when I returned 15 minutes later to see why he hadnt refunded me my money, he kept tellimg me to get out of the store!!! Then he finally answered me after I asked 5 times patiently; he said it doesnt get refunded until midnight, so tell me why HE STILL has not refunded me my money?? So he thinks it is ok to steal from me now??? Wow. IT WAS BY FAR THE WORST IVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY ANYONE IN A STORE! Never going back. And I would have given him a lot of business. Since I do live right around the corner....way to treat your neighbor, rude guy. You need to take a lesson in how to treat your customers. And it is never ok to call a female customer the b word or any other rude name just because you don't like that her phone died before she could come complete the transaction. Update: the owner responded saying he was sorry and would like to see me again the next day, but I have not been available to go into the store this week because of work...so an apology Is great and all, but I still haven't been refunded my money, so when that happens, I'd be happy to change my review. Thanks for the apology at least, I really do appreciate it.

Best place in Seattle to go for disposable vapes! They have every kind you might want, and if they don't they will usually order it and have it the next time you go in. Very nice people and always willing to answer questions or just have a nice conversation.

⚠️ WARNING - ABUSIVE, UNSTABLE OWNER. I just left this shop and I strongly advise to stay away from it -- look through the reviews and see similar experiences with the emotionally unstable and aggressive owner. So here's what happened. I was looking for a new vaporizer and taking a few minutes to choose and browse around a bit. This didn't necessarily require the owner's help or attention, although product knowledge and a helpful attitude would have been nice. But for whatever reason, taking my time (maybe 5 minutes?) browsing while a couple other customers came and went was very upsetting to him. So after shrugging off some rude remarks and unwelcoming attitude, I still went ahead and spent just under $100 on a few overpriced items. As I was paying, the owner's attitude escalated to insulting me for taking "30 minutes" browsing his shop and "making his life hard", claiming that I was disrespecting him... which, as a paying customer, blows my mind. As I walked out to leave, another customer had just entered the store, and this was when the owner literally yelled "F-- you" at me, followed by a total meltdown of yelling and cursing...and in front of the potential customer that had just entered (and promptly left the store behind me). I don't know what his deal is, maybe mental illness, but there's really no excuse. It was shocking. I felt very unsafe, disrespected .. and I was a returning customer, I've spent money here. I won't be returning to the store, I do not support this behavior. I hope he gets the help he needs -- this is dangerous antisocial behavior.

This place is great! The guys that work here are so warm & kind. As a neighbor I appreciate their vibe, I’ve never had a neighborhood kratom shop before & have always had to drive for the best selections at the best prices. I could not be more grateful for them & tell them every time I’m in. They always offer something free as I’m leaving too, like a bottle of water on my way out. Their generosity is authentic & genuine. I highly recommend.
