I used Neighbors to move from Seattle to Kirkland yesterday. I could not be happier from the service I received. Both Mike and Armando did a terrific job of arriving on time, treating me with respect and letting me know exactly what I was being charged for, treating all my things very well, and just making the entire process seamless and easy. I definitely recommend Neighbors, and will use them again the next time I move.

I truly can't say enough about the ease and quality of this moving experience. Moving is stressful and they provided a great assist to making my move bearable and dare I say fun! From the ease of booking the service, to flexibility in a pinch, professionalism, timely manner and price, it is truly unbeatable. If any of my friends or family needed to move, I would highly recommend them and tell them it's a MUST! I also appreciated that they hire vets, and seemed to have a diverse and professional crew. These guys were absolutely a life saver. We had a situation in which we needed moving services on less than a 24 hour notice and they came through in the clutch. Their team was phenomenal, professional, on time and courteous. BJ who scheduled our appointment was helpful, and Mr. Sullivan who was the leader on our move was outstanding. Our firm had a great experience moving our office with Neighbors. They were prompt communicators and worked well with our schedule. The location we were moving out of was tricky in terms of access and the crews did an amazing job, wrapping everything securely. Thanks to every one of the team!

Hands down the best moving company I've ever used. I had them come pack up most of my house and the pricing was really reasonable. Three people came and were super, fast, efficient and careful with all my items. They came back to do the move with two trucks and five movers and they were in and out in no time. They were all really nice and they all went way above and beyond to help out. They also protected my floors and all my items and there wasn't a scratch anywhere. Highly recommend them.

We elected to do a 3-person team for our move - Prince, Carlos, and Alejandro - and they were excellent. We had a really negative experience with our last movers so we were a little nervous, but they were quick, efficient, and didn’t nickel and dime us. We will definitely be using them for all of our moves going forward.

Movers arrived promptly! Everything was done in a very quick manner, and we were slightly unprepared and were moving as they were loading. We just communicated with them and they were able to help us make the move way less stressful than it would’ve been otherwise. It was slightly more than we anticipated, but all in all with the experience that we had in the ease of our move, we would definitely recommend to others!

The communication between us and the movers was great !!! They arrived a little early (fine by us) and were able to wrap the furniture up preventing any scratches or dings in the furniture.....and make the move in a very efficient amount of time. We will recommend Neighbors Relocation Services to anyone who needs to be moved !!!

Neighbors Moving Seattle team is now my go to mover's. Communication from my first phone call to the completion of my move is the BEST moving communication and experience I have experienced. Scheduling my move, the total amount due, the team of mover's they sent to move the contents of my home is beyond excellent! The mover's disassembled, wrapped and loaded my furniture with great care. When we arrived at my new living location, the mover's carefully unwrapped, placed my furniture where I requested and assembled everything.

I’ve used Neighbors to move locally twice now and highly recommend them. Chuck came out to provide an estimate and he was very nice and personable, then the crew of Cesar, Demian, Emmanuel, Mayola and Mogaly, who were all very polite, friendly, very hard working people, came out to pack. Then the next day they VERY efficiently moved and unloaded at our new house (one guy was literally running) placing items where they belonged. They seemed to remember the exact set-up from the previous house as end tables and beds were placed correctly without having to ask. And, yes, they built the bed, built tables back up, set up the TV’s…this company is incredible, you can’t go wrong!

I just finished using Neighbors Relocation services for the 3rd time today and could not be more pleased with the wonderful experience. They are fantastic to work with, on time, gentle with items and made the whole event less painful and more pleasant. I will continue to use them if I ever need to move again.

The team was communicative and professional from the beginning to the end. They were courteous and very helpful and made the whole process easy. Even when I severely underestimated the number of items we had and the size of the unit we needed to fill, Prince, Manu, and Kelvin were able to get everything in our storage unit without damage. Couldn't have done it without them.

I was very happy with the service I received. The moving crew were prompt, efficient and very professional. Moving is very stressful, but they provided such great service and took care of my belongings that it made moving that much smoother. I was amazed at how quick they were and there were no surprises with the final cost. I would definitely recommend them.
