kSquared is a cool salon - great atmosphere and hip stylists. I am loyal to Christine and would highly recommend her for any of your hair needs. I’m a natural brunette, who’s been on a blonding journey with Christine. She’s made all my hair dreams come true.
Stylist: Christine is amazing! I’d follow her anywhere. I’ve literally had strangers compliment my hair or say I have their dream hair. Her balayage and hair cutting skills are ? plus she’s a cool chick with a low key vibe.

I've been to A LOT of hairstylists in the Seattle area – at least 10 — and I can say with confidence that Allison Buchbinder is by far the best. Her years of experience shines through and her work speaks for itself. I drive over an hour to see her!!
Allison can do anything you want: she's helped me go from blonde to red, from long to short to back long, and she's helped me go from blonde to brunette and brunette back to blonde. How she does this while not over bleaching so my hair stays healthy is a talent I will never understand. She's the only person I completely trust with my hair and that is skilled enough to help me branch out of my comfort zone when I want to.
These days I am wanting more dynamic/dimensional blonde with low lights and a natural soft look to cover my new grays, and she does it so beautifully! In addition to her talent, she's just so enjoyable to be around.
Allison is a clear communicator and great conversationalist - she genuinely cares about who is in her chair, and it makes my 4 hour balayage go by super fast. I love her new West Seattle location, too! Parking is super easy if you go midday and the space is hip, beautifully decorated, and welcoming.

Allison is AMAZING! She has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now. I usually do a shag and recently did more of a wolf cut. Her cuts last me a long time! The grow out is beautiful. She really gets curly and wavy hair - which is always super hard to find. Don't hesitate to book, she gets filled up fast!

Love this place! Allison is my go to girl. She’s very skilled/knowledgeable when it comes to cutting curls and I always appreciate how welcoming and comfortable she makes me feel when I walk into the salon. The salon itself is always clean, beautifully decorated, and I love that they always have coffee, tea, and treats available. Would 100% recommend!

I’ve been seeing Allison for a while now. She keeps my blonde luminous and healthy which can be such a feat! I feel so well taken care of. So happy to trust her with my locks. There’s always parking which is such a plus in a busy neighborhood. I love how the salon is styled, everything is clean and inviting.

One of the best chops ever. My hairs looks great and she didn’t rush she stayed in the game until it was perfect. The overall vibe of the salon was delightful and welcoming. Finally I have found my spot xoxoxoxo

Came here to write a review and shoutout to my girl Lauren.
Been seeing her for a little over a year now and am so happy to finally have my confidence back. Lauren is a skilled color artist and gives great cuts. She took me from a muddy brunette to an auburn redhead seamlessly and answered all my concerns as someone who has never played with color before. Lauren is patient, charismatic, and always listens to my needs. I look forward to every 8 weeks or so when I get to come in and have my hair done here. Thank you Lauren & Ksquared! ✂️

I came here attempting to recover from a bad haircut somewhere else and really loved the warm atmosphere. Kurstin took the time to listen to what I liked and didn't like, learn about my hair, and offer suggestions. I took her advice on most things and ended up with a great new haircut. I have rather thick wavy hair and it was nice that she paid attention to the texture when recommending a style. Will definitely come back!

I was looking for a new stylist in Seattle for years and had tried a few places where I just didn’t get the results I wanted until Christine! The hair transformation after going to her was truly night and day. I went from dark brown hair to a beautiful balayage look in a day. Her schedule availability is also great and so easy to book. I would recommend her 10/10 times. Couldn’t be happier with my hair! Christine is the best!!

I absolutely adore Christine. She is my stylist from now on. She does hair magic for sure. I’m extremely picking on my hair and haven’t had good results with lots of stylist over my life but Christine changed all that the very first time.

Christine R is magic with the shears. I had waist length hair and needed to chop it after having my baby but was really nervous about it. She had been cutting my grandmothers thick straight hair and knew she’d be the gal for the job. I LOVED IT. Will not go to anyone else for a gorgeous technical cut.

I used to commute like 45 minutes to see Christine. Now my commute is only about 20 minutes, but it was always worth it! 10/10 would come from murch further to see her. She always delivers the BEST color and hypes me up when I want to try something different. She was the first person to give me a perfect shaggy cut and now she's helping me get that length! Currently rocking a pink and red hair combo and loving it ?❤️
