We bought a second-hand Kasala couch and approached the SODO Outlet hoping to order new cushion covers to give the discontinued couch a new life. Not only were they able to reach out to their manufacturer to do so, but the staff (shout out to David!) was exceptionally helpful at all stages of the process.

i spent a long time looking for the right couch and so happy i stumbled upon kasala. all of the sales associates are super knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushing. plus the funiture is really high quality and well designed!special shout out to Rook! they made the entire experience as stress free as possible and were also so patient and helpful with my questions and indecision.i visited the SODO store 3 times before buying my couch and always worked with rook! my first trip they asked what i was looking for and showed me some pieces that fit the list. rook helped me pick a piece that would go with the style i was looking for, size, and comfort. i even brought a really poorly sketched out layout of my apartment to show them and they worked with my diagram and photos of the space.rook also was such a nice person and gave recommendations for other touches to help my space feel homier - which was so kind :) also they gave me some more seattle recs since i just moved from out of state!love my couch and couldn’t have wished for anything different! thank you, rook!

These guys are the best! Bought a bed frame in 2018 and after a recent move discovered that I had misplaced one of the fasteners. Reached out to support and after confirming my order David was able to set some aside to pick up. Amazing customer service, thank you so much!!

Service was so amazing. Communication was amazing and we love love love the couch. We bought one from Costco and it didn't last a week. Kasala couch same price and 10 times the quality. Shop here.

We worked with Rook, and they were excellent! Super helpful service; got great help and tips for our space, even regarding design elements beyond what Kasala sells. Rook is an expert in lighting and creating a balanced, cohesive space. Definitely go here first for some great options for your spot! We have had the Phinney furniture (love seat and arm chair) from here for seven years and it's held up super well. Really high quality especially for the price.

It's a nice home furnishing and furniture store with lots of variety. I got my sofa from here and really loved the quality and the finish. The rugs, kitchen, and bath accessories are also quite pretty. The designs are unique and elegant. Check out the clearance items and items at a discount, as you may be lucky to pay half the price as I did. But their other new items are also priced okay. The delivery service is good as I got my sofa delivered on time and it included the installation as well, which is great.

Nice selection of modern & contemporary furniture. Good place to look for bargain items that customers have returned. We saw several wonderful chairs and sofas that looked like new, but were unpacked and returned. Sales staff was very helpful and professional. The store just didn't have the right sofa for us.
