I was approached and treated like I didn't belong despite my reservation. It was unpleasant and unprofessional. Racial dynamics made this situation worse. The layout & amenities are nice, but not feeling welcome or safe is a deal-breaker and I've avoided using or suggesting it for professional endeavors since.
