The traffic light to get out of Home Depot parking lot is terrible. It takes long time to open. Every two me I visit I stuck

Don't bother attempting their curbside pickup. We waited there over 15 minutes before going inside to try and get our order - at which point there were FOUR PEOPLE behind the counter that didn't even bother making eye contact as I waited there for 10 more minutes.
Actually don't even bother shopping there at all. Probably a lot easier to go anywhere else where the staff cares even a tiny bit about service.

I got a LG 3 in 1, 8000 bcu, portable air conditioner unit today. The employees not only helped me find where they were, but also helped me find the kind I was looking for! As far as the unit goes, I highly suggest it, it is currently cooling 650sq ft and only rated for half that!

This is a warning to those who are thinking of hiring Home Depot to do any kind of installation.
My fiance ordered a washing machine and drying machine along with installation service for our new townhome in seattle, which was done on 4/25/24. However, the technicians, Santiago and Carlos did not secure the connector which resulted in a slow leak. We only noticed the leak almost 2 months later when it began dripping from the second floor (where our laundry room is) to the first floor. Unfortunately, we did not notice the leak earlier as it was a slow leak. We hired a technician to take a look, and he said the technicians from Home Depot did not screw the connector on tightly enough.
When I contacted Home depot about it, they dismissed our concern saying it was outside of a 2 day grace period for installation concerns and there was nothing they could do about. This is very disappointing that they took no accountability for their poor installation services. Unfortunately, there seems to be many other customers on Reddit who have had Home Depot send poorly skilled technicians for installation services that have cost them many issues — I wish I had read this earlier. We are looking to spend $3000-5000+ to fix this issue now. We will not be using Home Depot services going forward, and have cautioned all our friends and family.

The worst place I've ever seen. They don't help me at all. I waited half an hour to cut plywood. There is no one to cut plywoot. I asked for help from the manager, but no one came. I asked a man to help me. He says "it's not my name" for two pieces of plywood. 6 people are waiting there at the cash register, I want help, no one cares, it's very bad, it's very bad, go to other places but don't come here.

The appliance department is a joke. When inquiring about parts the two women “working” on a Monday at 2:30 told me to order parts online. They then followed with telling me to “just keep driving north on aurora until I see an appliance store.” When I asked for some help navigating the Home Depot website to order parts, these two pulled up the site typed “drier” into the search bar. Then proceeded to just scroll around asking if this was it pointing at random parts.
They l didn’t even know what a dryer belt might look like.

I went here the other morning to get a few things. I needed help finding a couple of things because I was a bit lost. Every employee I asked for help was in a bad mood, and acted like I was an inconvenience. I was sent to the wrong isles. I left disappointed in humans. It doesn’t take much to be nice and say good morning when asked for help, instead of sighing. From now on I’ll just go up the street to Lowe’s.
