I highly recommend Haller Post as a future apartment. Special thanks to Ann for the excellent tour—she was incredibly patient and supportive. If it weren't for the distance from my workplace, I would definitely choose to live here and will consider it in the future.

This review is specifically for Melvin, the property manager. Despite having some safety issues that necessitated a move, Melvin was great about making sure our needs were taken care of. He is a kind and compassionate manager. One of the best property managers I’ve ever worked with. He prioritized our safety and promptly addressed any concerns we had during our five years living at Haller Post. Melvin will make sure you are taken care of as a tenant. He advocates for his tenants which is a rare quality in a property manager. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to two incidents involving unstable neighbors that put my mother in imminent physical danger. That is more of a reflection on the tenants and Melvin did everything he could to support us and advocate for us during those difficult incidents.

Haller Post is an excellent place to live. The process of showing and seeing the spaces as led by Ann S and also Melvin was second to none. Their professionalism, courtesy, promptness and kindness made the experience of working with them seamless and smooth. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a place to live in Seattle strongly consider Haller Post, because you will be dealing with fair and honest people at reasonable pricing and outstanding value.

Today I put in a maintenance request and Greg showed up instantly. He was super nice and friendly and fixed the problem immediately. Thanks for Greg you’re the best!I recently transferred units to a 1bdrm and had the opportunity to work with Anne in the process. She was very professional and helpful in every way. Several years ago my husband and I moved from the East Coast to Seattle. We have lived at Haller Post for two years. There is so much we appreciate about it. The staff members are knowledgeable, kind and responsive; the physical environment (landscape, lighting, upkeep) is meticulous; various amenities (such as dog park and workout facility) are well-maintained. We feel safe, secure, and appreciate our neighbors’ considerateness. This is a good choice for us.
