The service at this salon was beyond awful. The woman who cut my hair had zero clue how to give a basic haircut and her attitude was disgustingly rude. I'm 27 and have had plenty of haircuts in my life, so I know what I'm talking about. All she did was chop my hair straight across to shorten it, completely oblivious to basic techniques like point cutting for blending natural look or she didnt even know what “layers” are, she said and I quote- “I dont know who told you this but there is nothing as such like 1-2 or 3 layers”
She didn't even bother to section my hair or wet it for a proper even cut, which resulted in a complete mess that only reduced volume (haphazardly chopping off hair) . I showed her pictures of what I wanted before she started the haircut and still she had the audacity to say I was confused and didnt know what I want when clearly she was incapable of acheiving the look. She spent less than 10 minutes (including the discussion) on my hair but had the nerve to say she wouldn't give me three haircuts for the price of one, idk what did that even mean? I didnt bother her with any comments or any extra demands.
To top it off, her attitude was abysmal. She was rude even at the counter when she abruptly walked away after I paid, before me answering if I needed a receipt. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Honestly I didnt go in with high expectations to get an amazing haircut and I would hv still appreciated the service even if I didnt acheive the desired look but the attitude of the lady was the worst which has earned this place a negative review.
Ps- I was polite and soft spoken to her all the while even if she was rude to me (I am just not good at confrontation) but I was so so mad.

Worst service ever. I sat down, she commented on my tattoos randomly, told me my hair color was splotchy and then when she went to wet my hair she sprayed me in directly in the face with a water bottle and didn't apologize. I was so confused. I have never been assaulted by a spray bottle in a Great Clips before. Like its pretty ridiculous to think about. I told her to stop, she gave me a towel and was still spraying my hair and hitting me in the face when I was telling her to stop. I just got up and left. The manager wasn't in but like that was wild. She legit didn't care.
I have no clue why I had just sat down and she was being high key mean. I never write reviews but for real this really hurt my feelings. I have never had someone be blatantly mean to me out of nowhere.

I should be able to get my hair cut without my personal property being damaged. And having the stylist drive up and threaten me after all of this was completely unacceptable. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Update: I asked to speak to the owner when I left. The bot also said they would forward my issue. To this day I have heard from no one. Just shows how much this place actually cares!
Buyer Beware.

Sister went here got her earring ruined, as employee was rushing through her haircut , and after complaining about it the employee of this place (R roe) aggressively drove up on her, skidding to a stop in her late model black sedan and threaten her out the window of her vehicle saying my sister “is going to pay” for complaining about getting her earrings ruined. This is not acceptable behavior and this employee should be IMMEDIATELY fired for doing that. This store however seems to have no problem with their employees engaging in this egregious behavior.
Sister has PTSD and is low income, and this was the nicest piece of jewelry she owns, she cannot afford to replace them. She was only able to get these earings in the first place because of a back payment from social security her disabled son received. Also she did not need to be physically threatened by an entitled employee who clearly has not ever faced a tough day in their life.

Broke my Mom's gold earrings, then got snotty with her. Staff actively threatens customers.

I went to get an inexpensive hair cut. Unfortunately it cost me well over $100 because the stylist ripped my earring out of my ear onto the floor and bent it. Manager did Nothing. On top of that, while my son and I waited on the bus home she drove up beside us and threatened me! Avoid this business at all cost!

I love this location. I go at 9 and get in and out. I have had 4 people cut my hair there and all were very talanted. The last one did not need my picture listened intently to what I wanted and did exactly that. Its convient economical and its so rare people really listen.

The quality of haircuts I’ve received here has been highly variable. Some of the stylists are foreigners and have a difficult time communicating, which always makes me nervous. But only once have I received a truly bad haircut.
