A good place to shop, but a horrible terrible no good very bad place to drop stuff off: the employees will discriminate, leaving half of your stuff in your truck or car! What a drag for us to haul away a perfectly new bed with frame, expensive Christmas stuff, and other "unwanted" furniture, and items. Making matters worse the manager of the donation station is surly and rude.. Better bet? Go to Value Village where they will take ALL of your stuff and simply discard the items they don't want. I will never give Goodwill my stuff again, nor should you unless you've got a long day and don't mind multiple trips to potential takers.

I love this location they have so many things here. It needs more room to be honest that's my only complaint. They have too many clothes on racks it's hard to look through them all. Otherwise helpful staff and great selection. Prices though are a bit much sometimes for a place that's all donations.

Today was a really good day to aimlessly stroll and while doing this I found a lot if red tags, I couldn't get it all so I decided to go with a bag, boots and a blazer. Left looking better then I did walking in. Ha!

I bid on an item on their e-commerce site through eBay. I won the bid for the item. It was not a very expensive item, and yet, it was very special to me! The next day I realized that the item had been 'Closed' and subsequently Canceled by Goodwill of Northwest Washington, Seattle. I immediately tried to call them: however, to date they have never picked up the phone. Or, return my messages. This time was no different. Next I sent them a message through the eBay messaging system. The next Day, after they finally wrote back saying that the payment had been canceled. I had not even made payment on it yet. I certainly couldn't have canceled a payment that I never made. To paraphrase I was told there was nothing they could do that they would relist it. Assuming that if I wanted it I would have to rebid on it. Frankly, I expected better of them!

Great place to up-cycle things in decent shape that you don't use but others can. And also a good place to furnish your first apartment

Hien, a young, small, pregnant Vietnamese staff member, provided excellent customer service for me at the downtown Seattle Goodwill store in Little Saigon. My cards didn't work on the cash register when I was checking out, and she said she couldn't hold my items for me, so I hoofed it over to a nearby gas station to withdraw cash and went back to the store. I searched in the area near the checkout for my items and went back into the clothing department to try to find and retrieve my items in case they had been put back. She actually searched for me and found me and offered to help me find my items near the checkout area. She eventually found them in the bin behind the checkout counter and offered to check them out for me. That is excellent customer service, and I believe Hien should be rewarded for her great service.

Wow, goodwill is the best place to shop in Seattle if you are living in budget's. It has everybody's unique style. They got everything you need, the only thing you gotta to do is, look around and look real hard. They actually have brand new stuff but you gotta look. They are not gonna find it for you. I used to not like goodwill but, one day, I just walked in just to see it, and every since then I staring to like it .Now, I'm going to goodwill every other day because I love it. They have amazing things and almost brand new. It really amazes me how much nice things they got.??♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Love this place. Love going early to beat crowds. Selection is definitely variable by season; I have struck out some trips.

$30 for a pair of jeans ??? all shoes r like $20 nothing is moderately priced at all. they price by brand like all goodwills but the "high end brands" are like the same price they would be new and on sale. very disappointing. if you're from out of town and/or expecting things to be priced fairly, adjust your expectations for sure. very large and lots of clothing but probably only because people aren't willing to pay the prices they're selling things for.

This place is amazing! It is well organized, clean, and has a fabulous selection. The people who work there are super helpful and have a fantastic, positive demeanor. I am so glad we made this spontaneous stop! Next time in Seattle, this will be a planned destination.

This Goodwill has entirely changed my relationship and perspective on Goodwill. The Goodwill in my hometown was small, shabby, and always smelled funny. Any clothes purchased there had to go directly into the washing machine. Seattle Goodwill is epic. It is like going into Costco in terms of size, perhaps even larger. They have tons of clothes to choose from, housewares, electronics, books, games, toys, shoes. I've gotten great kids' bikes here. I've gotten REI rain pants for $10. Microwaves, almost all of my Corelle plates and bowls. Finding jeans here is great because there are so many styles and brands that I can try a bunch of different things on. Thanks to this Goodwill I finally identified a brand of jean that fits. (!!) New, these suckers retail for $85, so in real life I would have never even tried them on. Now I can look for them at Goodwill or ThredUp and get my fix for $6.
