Buying our medium duty truck from Gabe at 5 Star Auto was one of the best experiences ever. It worked out great, as I was late getting to the dealership after work hours they stayed late to finish the sale, I got to meet Gus the owner who shared fun stories and invited me to contact them should anything come up during my trip home, as it was obvious they knew their products completely. I'm part way home and grateful, they did all they could to make my 16 year old truck feel and perform like new. I'm really optimistic this is going to be a great truck just like they said it was. I'm confident in recommending 5 Star Auto, Gabe the great salesman and Gus the owner as honest and good men with a good team of people working hard to make the equipment reliable and clean and mechanically correct, keeping the price as low as possible. It has been the kind of deal I was hoping it would be. Thank you Gabe, Gus and the whole team. I read good reviews after agreeing to buy about these guys, wondering if the reviews we legit, I assure you, I'm just a regular person who was very impressed, truly happy customer right here.

After a friend recommended them since he had a great experience buying his car from them, I gave them a try. After testing what they had in stock, they went out of their way to find a 2nd hand Tahoe that came with pretty much everything and fit my budget and space needs, all in great condition with good financing and service, both before and after the sale.

Gabe is very helpful and easy to work with. Our transaction went all smooth and quick via phone call and emails. We travelled all the way from South Carolina to get the truck we saw in their website. Everything was good and we use the truck we bought from this company to travel all the way from Seattle Washington to Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Arrive safe and sound and put the truck on the job site right away. Gus is honest and fair. Five star definitely earn our business. Thank you for the great transaction.

Absolutely the best used car buying experience ever! These guys are complete professionals. I am difficult to deal with regarding large purchases. These fine people were patient and friendly the whole time. They not only helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted/needed but they were willing to negotiate, and helped me with my financing. Keep in mind these are used vehicles: After purchase, the vehicle had an O2 sensor go bad, no big deal. When I phoned to tell them, they were adamant about me bringing the vehicle back for repair. Not only was the bad sensor replaced but both sensors were replaced for good measure as well as an oil change, and engine test, NO CHARGE!! I was in and out in an hour. They legally had no obligation to repair anything after I left the lot as per our agreement but nonetheless... never had a dealer actually show that much care and decency. ...TRULY EXCEPTIONAL! I will go to Five Star Auto and only Five Star Auto for all my vehicles from now on. Thank you gentlemen! You are the best!
