The web site says the store is open, but when I called the message said the store was closed. There was an additional 800 number I called and reached an operator in California with no knowledge of Washington stores. This is no way to run a business!

I got delivery 4 bundle pvc pipe. I got here 4:30 pm it’s 15 minute job , they put me 16 hour waiting until next morning 8 AM please , guys who is coming to deliver a Load for them make sure you guys have apartment .not helping people ?

4 am mean wait till 6 . Only 2 docks . Don’t miss your appointment, you will be rescheduled for the next week! Room for one maybe two trucks Nest net is to get to the TA on 90 and wait until they close the day before your appointment. That TA has limited free parking and a strict parking police o get there early. This is your warning!

Terrible company... they hate the independent customer... I went in for a part .. one cashier sold me the wrong part and lied about it being the wrong part... I got a second opinion from another cashier and he tried to sell me a wrong part... I asked him if there was anyone familiar with plumbing on the sales floor and there wasn't. They hated me for questioning them. Use Pacific Plumbing Supply... they helped me in 5 minutes and they are knowledgeable and they tell the truth.

Employees are rude. Sitting around doing nothing and I’ve called 3 times all for them to be to “busy” but show up and everyone is on there phone.

Hello, My husband and I called and visited your Seattle showroom about a month ago because we wanted to order a vanity and vanity top. I wish I could remember the Sales Consultant we worked with but I can no longer recall her name. Regardless I had at least two conversations with her explaining what we wanted and were given assurances that she would call back. We never did get a call back even after leaving several messages on her VM. Very frustrating and disappointing. We have used Ferguson in the past and had and excellent experience but we won't be using you anytime again soon. We value using local companies and ultimately used a company in Woodinville where we easily and professionally got our vanity and vanity top ordered. I would like to compliment your front office staff, again unfortunately I do not remember her name. She was concerned when I called and did not want to leave another message for the Sales Consultant because I wasn't getting calls back. She messaged the person while I was still on the phone and I did get a call back but again with no follow up. Please pass my compliments on to her but unfortunately that doesn't cut it. The thing I am valuing most these days is Customer Service, beyond the front office staff, Ferguson definitely did not provide it. Ultimately I'll take my business where I can get good service. Karen Juhre**Addendum: shortly after writing this review I got a response from the manager at Ferguson, Sandra Osborn, acknowledging my frustration and asking what could be done to make this right. I really appreciate her efforts as many businesses just don't seem to care much about customer service these days. Given her response, I will try Ferguson again in the future and hopefully will have a better experience.

Staff aren't knowledgeable on what they sale. Came in for a pice of pipe and they couldn't even tell me what type of activator to use.

Good luck trying to call into this store to get anything done. Waited two hours for a callback, just for them to instantly hang up on me, forcing me to get back into queue. Of course, the issue was time sensitive, so this made things that much more difficult. I'd recommend reassessing your operator/callback system.

I find it amazing that a "plumbing supply store" like this manages to stay in business. . I have only been to their parts/service dept, and have to say their customer service is awful. No one acknowledges you when you come in. Salesmen are always BS'ing with each other and can't be bothered. If they do help you it's very lackluster. You have to be desperate. It's always the last stop for me, 9 out of 10 times it's a disappointment. Store is horribly stocked. I don't like to complain, but it's been so bad for so long. If you want parts, that store in Renton that rhymes with "Mick Len Done" blows them out of the water, good stock, knowledgeable, and much more pleasant. Ferguson for the desperate only.

I come on Saturday morning to store, for parts, store was close. Also many people come up and was disappointed. Check your sing on Google and sing on door. Where shows store open on Saturdays.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, willing to help. They will try to get you what you need. If they don't have they will order it for you. They have almost all what you need

Worst place for service. Parts and everything is ok. The one in Bellevue is got better costumer service. I Don't go to this one anymore even if is close to home I rather go to plumbing supply or home Depot.
